Excellent hotel but a few suggestions to improve in some areas”
Lovely hotel, clean and modern decor. Nice big clean pool. Good location for main attractions in Chanthaburi and surrounding areas. Very friendly professional staff. Not bad value for money. However, I assume due to Covid, the hotel was virtually empty. As a consequence there were no dining facilities open or breakfast available, which I feel should be clearly indicated at booking. Luckily there are plenty of local restaurants but providing some purchasable snacks /drinks in the room by way of a minibar would be a good idea. My wife and I specifically booked a room with a bath, looking forward to a nice hot soak. We were disappointed to find the ‘hot’ water lukewarm at best and ended up boiling a few kettles to give a reasonably warm bath. You pay a fair bit more for having a bath in the room. Perhaps the heaters need checking or aren’t powerful enough. I would also recommend and expect for a hotel of this quality to have valuables safes in each room. Just some suggestions. Overall a good stay.

Great little hotel/resort”
This hotel is on a quite large property by the river. It however is also small and cozy with around 75 rooms. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are very hospitable. Very nice for a quiet getaway.

Standard king, musty smell, 4 wifi alway show no internet.”
I got room#412 for 2 nights, the room smell like it close for year, strong musty smell. Lot of dust on the floor and stair. There are 4 wifi connection, all of them always disconnect and my computer alway show no internet.

Get a room on a high floor and facing out! ”
Very nice pool and comfortable beds. At check in they said they were unable to change our room, even for a fee (my fault for booking a twin and not a king) however, the hotel seemed quite empty. Our room faced the inner courtyard and we could never open the curtains to let in light, as anyone walking by would have been able to see right in. The shower floor wasn't well swept and there were a number of hairs on the floor when we checked in. We came back from dinner and asked about when the pool closes and were told 8, but there were children screaming in it at 10 pm, which was quite frustrating (lesson learned - next time I just won't ask!). Because of the location of our room, it echoed and was very loud. Breakfast wasn't included in our room and I'm sorry we paid for it. Not worth 150 baht for some undercooked meat, instant coffee, an egg, and toast.

Staff are not at all service minded”
Worst service. Everything is money. They charge for extra towel, stayed in the most expensive room of the hotel they charge late checkout fee for an extra 1 hour. Very cheap attitude.

๊Most unsatisfactory accommodation among all my trip”
Water from shower head stopped while I was soaked with shampoo and soap head to toe. It was a long shower ever into the midnight. First it stopped for a few minutes then the water came out properly. I tried to finish but then it immediately stopped again. I tried to wait hoping water will come out again but it apparently stopped working completely while I still covered with soap. I checked vessel sink faucet and it still work. Only issue is the shower head. But I can’t shower from vessel sink faucet! I then ended up using my away plastic coffee cup bought in the afternoon to finish my shower. It's such a horrible night!!! The front office called back when my husband complaint using a bit of tone to say he will come into my room. I was angry and told him that the issue was fixed and there is not necessary he could come and do anything at midnight while I just finished shower with my coffee cup. He also admitted that he is a front office staff and only tried to come in to see if he can do anything. I told him that first of all, the issue was fixed, second I was not properly wearing clothes and not feeling ok for hotel staff to come in check into the room at midnight while I supposed to rest. It’s hotel problem and this should have been prevented. If any maintenance will occur it should be tomorrow morning when I properly available. I am not happy now. Felt threatening from the phone call and would like to check out tomorrow. I will need to see if I can get some refund since the room is not properly ready to stay in.

Bad services and found insects in the toilet ”
1.No covid-19 protection in the hotel for staffs. For example, None of staffs wear masks or face protection in the checkin date. 2.Front staffs have no service mind. No greetings between checkin&checkout or during the stay. Bad call center service during the arrival and stay. 3.Found dangerous insect in the toilet.

The positives: good location (anywhere in Chanthaburi you need a car anyway), quite area with a lot of green around, relatively new premises, modern, pool is nice. the not-so-positives: most rooms don't overlook the river (which is the best feature around), the breakfast is a joke, the hotel has no real flair. It seems someone had too much money and wanted to invest it quickly, so... let's build a hotel somewhere. It lacks atmosphere and soul, it's just rooms, a pool, a breakfast/dining room, that happen to be in a nice spot. It's not nice of me to write that, but just 1.5km away is a hotel (D V..) that has everything in a similar price range.

Very clean and comfy hotel, room and bathroom are perfect (not all of them has a balcony, but there is a nice garden accessible along the river.) a bit away from chantaburi city center (less than 10min by taxi so OK!...) best is to have a motorbike or car as no food or drinks served in the evening at the hotel nor around.

A very pleasant surprise”
A new hotel with very modern layout and styling cues, although somewhat out of the way its location along the river is quiet and charming. The dining room looks out upon this view and the food is clean and varied. I am impressed with value for money and would stay again.

Decent Hotel”
The Hotel is by far the best in Chanthaburi you can find. The only disadvantage is the location. The Bathroom wasn't that clean (hairs on floor) from former customers and also there was not hot water for showering in this room, perhaps the heater was not functional. Facilities are quiet nice and the rooms are quiet big as well.

Great Hotel”
I stayed here for a few days in 2017. A beautiful hotel, and a fantastic pool. We stayed in a lovely room, very modern, with great shower. There are some fantastic eating place nearby, and seeing as my fiancé is Thai, ate some beautiful seafood. Hotel staff very friendly. Recommend this hotel.
