There's construction around the area, and you can hear the construction in your room. If you are a light sleeper, you hear it and wake you from sleep. Also, asked to be in big bed as we are couple, we were asked to be placed in Twin Bed, since they said that for studio they do not have Queen or King size-so we asked the bed to be moved closer. I will still recommend the place as the area is close to restaurants, business district and the place is very clean

Conveniently located in Salcedo neighborhood within walking distance of Ayala triangle, plenty of the city’s best restaurants, a large and very nice park and Saturday farmers market (not to be missed). The rooms are spacious and clean. Most foreign travelers will also appreciate the large bathroom which seems to be an anomaly for most mid-range hotels in Manila (most of which - aside from 5-star hotels - seem ridiculously small with insufficient shelving to place your toiletries ). I also enjoy the open room layout - with plenty of storage space and shelving - and very large patio.

We stayed at Picasso Boutique Hotel for 3D2N and our experience was perfect! There was parking at the basement and at the back of the hotel, the hotel was clean, comfy, the shower pressure was good and the water heating was excellent. Plus, the location is uber nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Canst speak high enough of the Picasso. In comparison to where we previously stayed, the area is like the Asian version of Mayfair lol. Clean streets, lots of security. Many choices in cafes & restaurants, a supermarket & park. And all within a stones throw. The restaurant downstairs hosts the inclusive breakfast (a la carte) which is fantastic & also has an impressive extensive all day menu, also serviceable to the room. The room itself (studio) was modern, colourful & crisp. The only grievance i had was the firmness of the bed, too hard for me. The bathroom was very clean (no mould in grout or silicone) big thing in Asia... Every staff member were so accommodating & professional. Highly recommended

“My Go-To Makati Hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
