The place is located in between Haji Lane(with many food and beverage establishments) and the central business district. It is also close to Bugis MRT where it is easy to commute around. The rooms were kept clean with clean blankets and sheets. An electric socket was also installed within each bunk. An improvement would be to install the USB plug as well so I can charge my laptop and phone at the same time. It was overall an enjoyable stay with friendly staff and service. Shoutout to Travis who made sure there was enough breakfast for my group and I! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for affordable hostels.(Comes with quality breakfast so why not?) Kudos to Hermant and Kenneth as well who made my stay enjoyable and safe!

The rooms and hallways were maintained well and very clean. There were special lockers for shoes and individual lockers for every bed. The lockers and rooms were well secured and only accessible via the room key provided. Self check in machines were also available but Eva and Travis were more than happy to help with the check in and out procedures. The toilets were clean and reminded me of my home. One thing was that they could label the shampoo and body soap though. Other than that, the lifts, lights, rooms, lockers and all the facilities and amenities were really good! Location was really convenient to let us find food, things to do and even car rental was right beside the hotel! Hemant also showed us where the convenience stores are and I was excited to find a nearby massage area after a long day of going around!

The hotel is located at a convenient location near town. It’s a busy place with many places to go nearby. I visited Bugis Street which is in walking distance as recommended by the counter staff, Travis, who was very friendly when we checked in at almost 12am. Throughout the stay, we were also greeted by Eva and Kenneth and they had great service too! The entrance of the hotel may look a little off at first glance but when you reached the reception, your impression will change as the ambience is clean and neat, and has a very cafe styled vibe to it. The area allocated is also practical and aesthetic. The place and service exceed expectations, I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

It is my first capsule stay and I really like it. The location is perfect, easy to find and it’s clean. Bed is very comfortable and clean with a mini foldable table which has enough space and it is very convenient for travellers who bought their laptop. Kitchen/dining area is clean and cosy, I saw a traveller studying in the dining area. Lastly special thanks to these friendly staff, Travis, Hemant and Leslie for helping my friends and I to check in and guiding us around and prepared delicious breakfast. I’ll definitely come back again and The Pod is definitely a good and safe hostel for solo female traveller going to Singapore.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Pod. The room is so clean and the bed is so comfy. Our room has an extra space for changing clothes which I really loved. Breakfast was really great. It wasn't your typical hostel breakfast. They have eggs, beans, pasta, fresh fruits and yogurt. This is awesome. Their receptionist Travis is very helpful. He always keeps a smile on his face and he even insisted to carry my bag. Travis is an asset to your company. Good job, Travis! I will definitely come back again.

The best hostel in Singapore”
I have stayed in various hostels in Singapore and this one is the best! It is very clean. It looks and smells new. The beds are really nice. Rooms are spacious. Strong Wifi connection everywhere. The toilet and shower area are clean and stylish. Breakfast is the best compared to Singapore hostels. Service is top notch. Price is worth it. In front of a bus stop. They have an elevator. Complimentary use of washer and dryer. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We arrived at The Pod Capsule Hotel on 22 June and was warmly welcomed by the front office staff. Check in process was really smooth and the staff brought us to our room of 12 beds. Room amenities were great! There were privacy blinds and towels for all beds. There was even a small working table for guests with laptops at each bed but one thing it could be improved is USB ports could be added at the power sockets. Breakfast was great too! Would specially like to thank Kenneth, Travis and Eva for the great service and making this stay really pleasant.

The place was really comfortable and the staff are amazing yet friendly people. The cleanliness of the bed and toilet was in good condition, therefore it gave me a sense of relief. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The most important is when you paid using agoda you don’t have to worry about deposit.! Bed was comfy, towel provided and toilet were very clean, you don’t have to worry even you didn’t wear any slipper. Hahaha. Totally recommended for solo travel. Oh btw if you’re light sleeper i won’t recommend bc you might get sensitive with chit chat from your housemate.

Probably one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It's location is also superb as it's right next to Haji Lane which is a hip and fun location to eat food and enjoy night life. It's also very close to the Bugis MRT. I highly recommend. It's clean, shower facilities are superb and breakfast options might be quite small but it's delicious.

Really enjoyed my stay here because of the superb location and how clean the hotel was. What really impressed me were the staff and how helpful they were. Really love this place a lot. This is the first capsule hotel i have been to in singapore, and i dont think i will choose any other. So impressed by the service and quality. The beds are so comfortable, it was hard to get out of it! The staffs Travis, Eva and Hemant managed to impress me although our interactions are short. Would definitely visit this place if there is a chance in the future!

Beyond my expectation ”
Stayed over for a night and felt totally safe as a female guest in the female room. It is as named, a boutique hotel but just in a capsule form. The amenities were simply, elegant and beautiful. Check in was smooth with their staff assisting you with the automated booth. Siti was nice and friendly as she brings you around to familiarize with the hotel. I requested for a room away from the door as I’m a light sleeper and they oblige my request. A million thanks for such kind gesture. You get a bottle of mineral water and a towel but do bring your own toothbrush and paste unless you request for it. The toilet has all the amenities you need, from shampoo, shower foam, hand lotion, cotton pad, cotton bug, hair dryer, iron board to hair straightener! Love the toilet as it is really spacious with 2 toilets and 3 shower rooms. There are 3 rooms on the ladies floor and the room I’m allocated has 10 capsules with a changing room in the middle. Was initially expecting the space to be much smaller, but did not feel claustrophobic at all 👍🏻 Leslie was the one who helped me check in, fast service and clear instructions on facilities and shared space rules. Nice hostel with clean environment !! Came with a small storage space below the bed, which was fitted with an electronic lock so you can put things in there securely. Somehow people can't fit their luggage cases (might only for carry-on bags) into the space, so there were luggages standing around on the aisle. Nonetheless it was a great accommodation. Definitely recommended!!

Much better than a traditional hostel. More privacy. Lots of private shower rooms. Very friendly staff who take you to your pod at check in. Free washer and dryer. Good location in arab area and close enough to walk to some major attractions. Friendly guests. And staff will get you a grab (uber for singapore) to where you wanna go. At check out at 4:00 am Travis the front desk staff was very friendly and personable and got me the Grab car and walked me to the location Highly recommend

Budget-friendly and modern facility”
Really nice modern facility, staff were friendly, simple breakfast food is available (toast, bread, sausages and coffee), good location. Toilets are always clean as well and there are plenty of cubicles, shower separate from toilet rooms. I appreciated the shampoo and bath soap dispensers in the shower. Only con is, well as a first time capsule hotel experience, you have to be careful with your every move since any minor movement can cause noise and interrupt other guests. Even whispering can be heard between bunks. Also when we were fixing our baggage for checkout we had to do it in the hallway so as not to disturb the guests in the bunk beds. It was just difficult because all our personal items are scattered on the floor, no privacy and people are walking by. The place is really nice though! Would definitely recommend it for budget friendly travellers!

The breakfast is really good, the place is really clean, though they never make-up my bed everyday haha, the wifi is really excellent, they had iron and hairdryer which was very useful for me but when I stayed there the plug for charging the phone is really loose or almost broken so I used pillow to hold up my charger cable to keep stable charging my phone.
