The room was very clean and had a gentle pleasant smell, not overwhelming like some places. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and what I liked the most was the strong water pressure, even on the 11th floor. There was a separate wet and dry shower area, and the air conditioning was perfectly cool and comfortable. There was plenty of parking available. Importantly, there is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. All the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling, and had a genuine service attitude. The breakfast had a fairly good variety and tasted good. What I liked the most was the freshly brewed coffee, which was very smooth, and the fruit juice also tasted good. It's a shame I didn't have time to get the welcome drink. The security system was excellent; you have to scan your parking card to exit the hotel, otherwise you can't leave. The security staff did their job very well. It might feel a bit inconvenient, but I understand their responsibilities. In summary, I was impressed with everything; it was worth the price. There was also Netflix available, which made it easy to watch and stay up late. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay at Quarter Ladprao! The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was good with a nice variety each day, so it never felt repetitive. A special mention to Ms. Dream from the front office — she always went the extra mile to chat with us, ensuring everything was perfect and giving us great recommendations. Her warmth and genuine care really stood out. We also want to thank Mr. Bas, who was very friendly and eager to help, offering great suggestions on places to visit and the best ways to get around. Overall, the amazing staff made our stay even more memorable. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The location of the hotel is excellent - right next to the MRT station and just a short walk to the BTS. It is also close to two major shopping malls, Union Mall and Central Ladprao. There is a 24-hour 7-Eleven conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The staff provide excellent service. The hotel also offers facilities such as a swimming pool and fitness center free of charge, although I did not have the chance to try them during my stay. The room was comfortable and worth the price. However, the phone signal and Wi-Fi in my room were not very strong. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who has business in this area, and even if not, the location is still very convenient for traveling around Bangkok. Considering the price I paid, I would give this hotel 100 out of 10!

Booked for location to mo chit bus terminal. Staff were excellent in making my wife feel welcome and safe. Room was clean and roomy for her. Breakfast was also great for her. Recommended if going to mo chit or in the area.

“Very glad I stayed here on this trip”
I’ve been to Bangkok few times and stayed at few different hotels. But this is the first time I’ve stayed at The Quarter Ladprao for 2 nights and it’s the first time I can easily said out loud that the next time I’m back in Bangkok, I will stay here again. Why? The hotel location is excellent. Extremely convenient to access MRT. Literally 1-2 minutes walk from hotel, and 10 minutes walk to Central Ladprao. Probably the best shopping mall experience for me without the overcrowded tourists. That is if you don’t mind few MRT or BTS stops away from the most touristy parts of central Bangkok. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, I found the staff service as good and as friendly as the other 5 stars hotel I’ve stayed. Housekeeping is good. Room felt nice and clean each time we were back in the room. The only issue was the towels. They were old and worn out. Even the towels at the pool were the same. Old and worn out. The mattress was very comfortable. We slept well on both nights. However the noise along the corridor and other guest rooms can be easily heard even when inside the room because there was no carpet flooring to absorbs the noise. The good thing is that we had an end room. It helps as our room *** was the furthest away from the lifts and the corridors. I could imagine what it will be like if the room is in the middle of the corridor. There were some construction noises when we were there, as the hotel is doing some renovation work below our floor. It wasn’t too bad, as we were out mostly. The room has a nice medium size fridge and there is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor outside the lobby. Extremely easy. Big C is 15 minutes walk along the main road with few eating places nearby. We have daily breakfast included. The choices available were good. Happy with the breakfast. Good size swimming pool which I did laps each morning. Nice to see real grass, a couple of swinging chairs and hammocks. Excellent gym with really good fitness equipments. The concierge service was good too with the staff helping with luggages. Lastly, the main reason I chose this hotel on this trip is the convenience getting to Krung Thep Apiwat central station for our long distance train trip. It couldn’t have been better.
