Feedback on Service Quality”

To Gm and FO Manger, I requested toothbrush and end up waiting for 2 hours. Understand that the amenities are upon request. I made call around 8.30 pm, and the staff said that I had to come to the lobby to get the toothbrush myself because no housekeeping staffs were available at that time. For me, it was fine if I was still in my dirty clothes and no showering. However, I just finished taking a shower and avoid going to the public area after then (OCD and germ-phobia symptom alerted. I demonstrated same behavior when I am home. Always not leave my bedroom after taking a shower). I explained to the staff that I truly avoid going out of the room due to this reason and asked if she would be able to get the toothbrush for me. She said she was unable to get me one because no one standby at the lobby. I asked what was your suggested solution? She said she would be able to get me one but in the next 2 hours which meant 10.30 pm. Eventually, I ended up waiting for 2 hours. I made a reminder call again around 10.28 pm. and stated the request clearly; toothbrush and GM’s email. The staff came to my room with the toothbrush and asked me to refer to the GM’s email on the envelop of the key card. My concern here are; 1. If the amenities are on request, does that mean the hotel must be able to accommodate the request upon the request? 2. If not, why do not you prepare one to accommodate the customer’s request? Or what is the appropriate solution? Would you think that keep the customer waiting for 2 hours make sense? 3. I requested GM’s email because I would love to share my feedback privately. Do not aim to leave my feedback on the Agoda’s review. I am so sorry but that is not my role who comes up with the solution. I choose to patiently wait because that is the only solution offered by the staff. I would appreciate if the hotel please clarifies me the concerns above. I would like to hear your solution. I do not seek your apology but would like to hear what have you lea

Beautiful hotel”

Great looking and modern hotel. Breakfast was ok, was a bit disappointed with the variety of Thai food, but not a big issue. Room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly.

A bit fat from BTS, but all was very good. clean. fast check in. Next to the hotel constructions, a bit noisy during the day!

Great staff but unpleasant experience ”

Staff was really helpful but the stay was less than pleasant because the WiFi was shared by everyone so was weak. Gym was great. Location is 8 mins away from the train station. The views from the room was not the same as the photos, most rooms face the opposite building.

Staff are awesome. Room very average”

Front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. They were always happy to help when i called or went downstairs to talk to them. There is always someone waiting at the front door to open it for you and/or help with bags. We didn't do breakfast, but the Thai food at the restaurant downstairs was awesome. It's only open from 11-4 for some reason though. It would be nice to be able to eat dinner there Room and bathroom were very clean. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. Room service seemed to just do the minimum to tidy up. Stayed for 5 nights but they didn't change the sheets. They probably would have changed them if we cared enough to say something. Facilities were nice. I unfortunately only saw the pool at night with the lights off, but it seemed great. The fitness center was awesome The location was the biggest down side for me. Directly between 2 BTS stations, which is prob okay if you can take a motorbike. My wife gets car sick, so we found ourselves making the 10+ minute walk to the BTS with a baby stroller every day. I had to explain to every taxi how to bring us back to the hotel. Overall, I was happy with the room, but didn't feel like i got a deal despite being told i got 60-80% off by the hotel and Agoda. I think we got exactly what we paid for. Would definitely recommend this hotel to couples/solo travelers but would not stay again myself with a baby and carsick wife.

Full of pigeon droppings with horrible view”

You will only get a view with construction site or an old scary building. The balcony was full of pigeon droppings. There’s no garden view as it said for deluxe rooms. Breakfast was cheap with low quality of ingredients. DO NOT EXPECT MUCH WITH THIS HOTEL.

The rooms were clean and really nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop pool and buffet breakfast. The only thing was the construction next door (they warn you about it though) and it’s only during the day. It didn’t really affect us much. Great value for money.

Good hotel ”

The only cons is the 5-8 mins walk to bts station. Some mosquitoes in the hotel and also lack of sports channel. Other than that it is a PERFECT HOTEL for the decent price very recommended

overall is good”

As a 3 star hotel, the room and roof top swimming pool is good. The management should ask the maid to clean the pigeons' feces in the balcony and around the pool. Guest should be considerate when talking loudly at night and leave trash/used masks/empty beer cans at the pool side. The location is convenient and staff are helpful.
