While the response was courteous, check-in remained subject to room availability. Upon arriving at approximately 2 PM, the room was unfortunately not ready, and I had to wait until 3 PM. However, the hotel compensated by upgrading my stay from a Deluxe Room King to an Executive Deluxe King, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, when requesting a later check-out (until 2 or 3 PM), the hotel kindly offered a complimentary one-hour extension from 12 PM to 1 PM. Room & Comfort The room itself was spacious, offering a comfortable ambiance. However, there were noticeable dust accumulations in the corners of the room. While the bed was generally fine, movements from another person could be felt, slightly affecting sleep quality. The pillow was not as plush as expected, which slightly impacted overall comfort. A notable issue was encountered on the second day when the sink became choked, but this was promptly rectified after informing room service.
