It was a pleasant stay and perfect location right at the heart of the city. Walking distance to most of the places. Lovely room spacious bathroom. All The staff was really helpful despite making a last minute booking. Staff vishal raj was really helpful.

Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur”
My booking was including dinner, so I called the hotel before my flight to ask about my dinner as my flight was delayed to 11.45pm and arriving at KLIA around 1.30am. I arrived at the hotel around 3.30am. Suprisingly, even at around 3 in the morning, they prepared my dinner and send it over to my hotel room. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The best service I ever had period. Thank you and well done Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur.

Could Improve on Concierge Service ”
I’ve spoken about this to their manager, and they’ve acted on my feedback. When I arrived at about 2-3pm, only 1 concierge was present at the front door. He attended to all guests BUT me. So I had to push the cart of luggage myself. Disappointing first impression of a supposed 5-star hotel. So the manager gave me free parking throughout the stay and offered late checkout which I didn’t take because I had an appointment with the Spa Village. During checkout 3 days later, they’ve added a number of staffs there so that’s better. Other than that, all good.

One of the largest two-bedroom suite in KL”
The largest two bedroom suite that we had ever stayed. Almost 2000 square ft. Two large bedrooms, a study room, a large living room, a kitchen with all electrical appliances that you can expect in an apartment. And 4 bathrooms! Service was top notch. Complimentary shoes shine during our stay (but don't forget to tip). A butler that answered phone call in less than 5 rings, with full enthusiasm. From making swimming pool reservation to getting our shoes polished. I was addressed more than once by my last name by different staff. They always put up their smiles and made us feel very welcomed. It's a shame that my family and I could only stay a night. But we will definitely return!

Best staycation ever”
A very good and superb facilities. Nice location nearby pavillion which is great considering the traffic there. We can just walk for less than 5 min! Staffs are helpful. Downside is the pool was limited to certain number of people but no problem since it was during covid time 👌🏻

The best butler Linda!”
Celebrated husband's bday during Ramadhan and i requested for some decoration. Linda, our butler went out of her way with balloons, 2 elephants & a cake tower (made out of towels of course)& a small birthday cake we've been here before for our honeymoon but we didnt get as much effort as this. Gosh I hope we could request butlers when booking a room coz Linda is truly the best👍❤️

I didn't receive hotel's reply when I asked for honeymoon deco so I didn't ask when checking in. BUT to my delight, the bed deco and small cake for 2 were there when we entered the room. We took the dinner package and dinner was at Shook! Starhill gallery. Main course (butter miso rilled seabass) was below expectation but soup and starter (sushi) was okay. Not coffee/tea even. Shook! needs to step up. After our dinner, we came back to the room to find another complimentary brownies with note. Thank you! Bath was great with the salt, only missing sponge. Overall, RC didn't disappoint! Thanks!

The room was super neat, big, comfy, convenient and overall it is worth the money! dinner and breakfast was superb.. staff was friendly and treat you with care and kindness.. the bathroom is to die for. the bath tub is so big, the arrangement is so classy and elegant, the interior made your jaw drop. definitely will repeat..
