The service at this hotel is impeccable. I came here with my family for a vacation, and I’ll start by talking about the service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped with our luggage and guided us to the front desk for check-in. The front desk staff were professional and had warm smiles. Afterward, a staff member took us to our room and gave us a tour of the facilities. They even prepared gifts and surprises for the children, which were a big hit. They also provided an extra bed at no charge! Since it was our first time in Macau, they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby activities suitable for kids and even gifted a teddy bear, which the children absolutely loved. Every day, we could order complimentary tea and coffee, and the staff responded quickly to any requests, always trying to meet all our needs. The level of service management left a deep impression, with attention to every detail! The hotel is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-organized. There’s even a nightly turndown service, so after a long day of fun, we returned to a spotless and comfortable room. The swimming pool on the 8th floor is very quiet, with two large pools and two heated pools. The children had a fantastic time playing there. It was a very relaxed environment, with not too many people around, allowing us to enjoy ourselves freely.

We travelled to St Regis Macau from Hong Kong for a one night stay. We reached the hotel around 1530 to check in for 2 rooms, but there was only 1 room that was ready. However the hotel manager, Mr Douglas saw that we were traveling with twin babies, he had expedite the housekeeping to get ready our room for us, at that moment, we knew we will be well taken care of during our stay in St Regis. We highly recommend to stay at St Regis if you are travelling with young babies! The hotel had supplied us with baby bathtub, baby bottle sterilizer, baby bottle warmer, cleansing essentials, baby cots and kids supplies! Also, their amazing butler service, offering us to steam few of our clothes, shoe shine and making us drinks whenever we needed! Thank you Mr Douglas, Butler service team and Housekeeping team for making our first St Regis experience a splendid one! We will definitely return!

I'm not a jetsetter by any means, but I praise God for having had the chance to stay in various hotels in various countries, and I can honestly say they have the most amazing staff ever! EVERY FILIPINO in their staff - from Sir Ryan at front desk to our butlers and the staff at the Manor (restaurant) and the guys who assist in handing out champagne and the ones who take care of our luggage service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! And actually EVERYONE, not just the Filipinos, were so exceptionally courteous! Oh, and the Room Director (Ricky) surprised us with a fruit bowl when we came back to our room. Before I forget---the butler service is available to every hotel guest. They even offer twice-a-day turndown service, and you can ask them to make you coffee or hot chocolate, stuff like that. Just remembering our stay here makes me smile. I know I won't book anywhere else whenever we're in Macau.
