“Exceptional Anniversary Experience”
We stayed here for our 8th year anniversary, and boy did the St Regis team deliver. The butler dream team of Jisu, Wilbur and Bill made us feel so welcomed from the moment we stepped into St Regis. We were greeted by Jisu at check-in and she is one of the most cheerful, sweetest person you could ever meet. Her attention to detail to make sure your stay is comfortable is also amazing as she prepared the room specially for our anniversary. She even gave us a memorable gift at the end of the stay. The room is clean with a nice view of Botanic Gardens. There is a huge demand for the buckwheat pillow, so remember to ask for it and you definitely won't regret it. Best sleep in a long while! Room is huge and we also asked the butler to draw us up a nice bath, which they did so in a romantic fashion for us. Only drawback I would say is that they don't have Netflix, YouTube or similar, so you can only watch regular television channels (CH5, HBO, etc). It was honestly the only thing that was missing in our stay as we wanted to sit back and watch our fav Netflix show, so I do hope the hotel upgrades on this in the future. Overall, St. Regis is one of the best hotels in Singapore, largely due to the amazing butler team and the experience you get.
