The whole village needs maintenance. View from our cabana was great because it was infront of the lake. Preparation of food leaves much to be desired because we found something awful in one of our breakfast plates.

quiet n comfy but they shud hav place in their af that the ecolodge is not w/in the main resort compound. We hav to change our accom w/c they redily did n upgraded us to a cabana w/o xtra charge. Tnx!

It was good, although quite boring”

One downside was, there was no television in the room and the air conditioning doesnt work well in cooling the room. Massage pools were not properly maintained. But Staffs are friendly and easy to deal with. Food was also great. You can relax and have a quiet and quality time with your love one.

On our arrival I got disappointed because When I booked our stay on agoda I choose cabana accommodation because its view is the swimming pool and that we have a complimentary bottled water,but we didnt get what I was expecting,I was informed by the receptionist upon checkin that agoda is not updated with the hotel promo and other offers. I hope you can update your system so that you wont be giving false information to your customer.

It was good. I did mention at the front desk that our room was rather warm and the bathroom was getting flooded due to poor water drainage.

Great Experience! ”

A truly great experience. We checked in as a couple, we stayed for 2 days, we truly appreciate the nice and clean country environment . Wifi was available in the restaurant . Staff were very friendly and food was good.

Price is ok. the whole place itself is big, the view from our room is very relaxing, the room is aso big enough. The food at the restaurant is ok and affordabe. I wish that they can maintain the place and if they can provide a means of transpo for elderly guests who wants to look around the whole place.

Service with a Smile”

Our stay at the resort was very pleasant though a bit far from the CBD but there were heaps of activities for the children and there are tricycle outside the resort waiting. My grand children particularly have thoroughly enjoyed themselves boating, cycling, etc at the village. The staff are well so professional. I thank the restaurant for the good service they showed us and the foods was awesome. I also thank the housekeeping for keeping our rooms very nice clean and tidy. I will mostly recommend this resort to all the Bicol region you will be amaze when you see this place. To all of you Bicolanos and Bicolanas please support this resort, great reception, great staff and service with a smile.

Beautiful Resort and service with a smile”

Staff has been very good to us and very helpful. My family are thoroughly happy with the service from the Resort staff. We are 13 people all together from Australia - our accommodations was for Ecolodge but has been upgraded to Kubo by the Resort Manager (Thank You). The foods at the restaurant were very good and staff are lovely and friendly. The housekeeping staff are always keeping our rooms very clean and tidy (Thank you too). My children and grand children are very happy with all the activities inside the Resort. We will definitely coming back and stay.

The Village has excellent accommodation, you can swim their 2 pools. Go kayaking in a man-made lagoon and fish for tilapia and carp!

Great place for family to relax and enjoy”

my husband and i, and our little daughter really enjoyed our stay at the village at san bernardino. i also enjoyed the food and the sweetpotato juice really taste wonderful.

Management has gotten stricter, for the worse”

During our previous stay, I'd like to think as the resort's first Agoda customer, we were given certain enjoyable liberties: early check-in (as we arrived around 7:30 am) easily came out on top, because we were not staying overnight anyway. But this time around, even if the economy rooms beside the hydrospa pools were vacant (I knew because I checked several times), we were only allowed to check-in at exactly 2pm. Having arrived at the facility at past 8 am, this was a total downer.

No directional signs for the Ecolodge”

in addition to the economy rooms (which have gotten smaller compared to our first visit), i also tried the ecolodge, which promised to offer a bigger accommodation and better furnishings. insofar as the floor area, it indeed was -- about twice as big as the economy. it also had cable tv. but the location was a downer: it was off the main facility, and worse there were no directional signs. twice, i and my colleagues wrongly ventured into a building that actually housed some sort of agri-processing, simply because there are no clear signages of its location. another disappointment was poor upkeep; the bathroom, although offering a rejuvenating hot bath, had cobwebs.

My kids, aged 5-17, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the resort-hotel in Calabanga, which is around 15 kms from Naga City. For non-locals, it is around 30 kms from Naga Airport in Pili.
