It has been a long time since I've stayed in a hotel in Taiwan that exceeded the overall service quality standards. From the moment I walked in, the service in every area was delightful, making it truly feel like a vacation for relaxation. The double room isn't very big, but it's just right for two people, and each room has a large balcony with a comfortable view of the distant mountains. The cleanliness is also quite good. The only small drawback was that the bathtub's water valve in my bathroom was stuck, but when I called the front desk at around 11 PM, they arrived with a technician in under 10 minutes, which was very efficient! If I had to point out small drawbacks, it would be that the temperature of the sauna's oven and steam room wasn't hot enough; sitting in there felt a bit lackluster, and the gym space is a bit small for a resort hotel. The buffet had a rich variety, with the desserts being somewhat average and the savory dishes tasting better. Overall, in terms of hotel quality in Taiwan, this place is among the top ranks, though the room rates on weekends are really not cheap!
