"This hotel is amazing, being in the old city it is close to everything but it’s location on a side street (soi) makes it a very calm hotel. It was very clean and the extra 4$ (CAD) per night for the breakfast on Agoda was well worth the upgrade as it is 150TBH per person at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to have a pleasant and relaxig stay in Chiang Mai while being 5 minutes away from the Sunday Market, 7-11’s and multiple temples!"

"This is a basic hotel great for a stopover for a few days, or if you're traveling with a vehicle. It's very close, 15 minute walking distance, to the airport, Central Mall Chiang Mai, and the Immigration office for visa extension or 90day check in (although now that portion is off site while remodeling but within an easy taxi or personal drive). If you don't have a vehicle, it's a difficult distance from the tourist venues - old city, farang restaurants, bars & clubs. Has the hot pot, water, small fridge, TV and a remodel older building into newer 'industrial' chique style. Nice communal breakfast room w/ complimentary toast, tea, coffee, microwave and TV. Easy driving distance to Doi Suthep, zoo, Inthanon, and craft villages. "

"I really like this place and am considering doing a monthly stay here when I return to Chiang Mai. The room was in excellent condition and I appreciated there were several English channels which was not true in other Chiang Mai hotels I stayed in in this price range. There's no 7/11 nearby so get something across the street for those middle-of-the-night munchies..."

"Simple, clean accommodation within the old walls of chiang mai so near to all of the best temples, eating spots and markets. Amazig and friendly staff ready to help out with anything, from lifts to places to visit and eat. Would happily recommend to anyone staying in chiang mai."

"The rooms at Rinrada are beautiful with loads of potential. The beds are also very comfortable. The place is quite hard to find and not in the centre of town, but not a long walk. There were two very off-putting factors that may have just been our misfortune but we booked three rooms and all were quite dirty, especially the bathrooms, and the internet was very poor on the top floor. That said, with a bit more care it could be lovely. Overall, it's an okay place."

"5min walk to Central Plaza Chiang Mai airport. 5-10mins drive to airport (depend on traffic). 7-Eleven is nearby. Great staff,facilities,cleanliness and location. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at The Grand Napat for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel reception staff are amazing, they are so helpful and lovely, they will happily assist you with any queries, give you advice, assist you with tuk tuk arrangements. Yes it's out of the city centre a bit, but there is no issue getting around because the staff arrange tuk tuks or taxis for you or if you want to walk for 20 minutes, you will get to the beginning of it all. All of the tuk tuk drivers know the hotel so it's easy to find your way back. I was travelling on my own & it was my first time in Chiang Mai & I had no issues. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, very modern & clean. The rooms are also really modern, bright & clean - housekeeping do a great job. I had a studio room & was really comfortable, I didn't want to leave! The pool is lovely. The gym is well equipped. The wifi is fast & reliable. They arrange free airport transfers which is a great touch!! The only thing I could possibly pick is breakfast, the selection is definitely sufficient, but leaning towards average & I found the breakfast service not to be as good as if you go for lunch/dinner. The lunches/dinners are delicious & very reasonably priced. It was such a great stay that I have made two bookings to go back in November!! It is one place where I truly felt that I had received really great value for my money. Overall, the staff are wonderful. Both the ladies & gentlemen at reception make you feel so welcome & they are so professional - they speak good English too. The service is above their 3 star rating in my opinion & I would highly recommend it."
