"Ones views would depend on your type of travel and when.. I as a solo traveler purely to ski did not have transport, relied on publlc transport (free shuttle bus to the ski resort 6km) which is excellent. Hoenggye is just a town and the pension is a rather brisk 10 minute walk to town. This is fine but if having to walk after dark in early February, it is pretty cold and not really something I wanted to do. So, if you take most of what you can prepare and eat, the facilities are fine. Microwave, rice cooker, kettle, one stove plate.(the host, Kim, asks that one does not cook fish or meat) The standard room I had alone would be perfect even for a couple. It is quite big, with a good shower room. The tv has some English channels, movies, news and sport. The room was spotlessly clean. Kim the host speaks no English but she uses a mobile translator so it is possible to communicate. She is a pleasant woman and will help with about anything that you ask. I will return and stay again."

"I came to visit the Winter Olympics. I tried to turn around on the path, but my car got stuck in the snow. The visitors of the Pension helped me out, but it wasn't until the owner came by and called somebody to help me get my car out. After a few tries, they got my car out and pointed me towards my room. It looks like a tight knit community that comes together to help out. Would come back here again with my family. "

"Cooking facilities are good. Nice snow view. Very close to the ski park. We had a very good experience in Pension Lei. This is our first White Christmas. I will suggest to rent a car for few days if stay there and prepare foods from super market before arrived."

"My fiancée and I stayed at Angel Dream Pension for 1 night in May. The pension itself is a little off the beaten track but is set in a beautiful tranquil mountain valley next to a pretty stream/river. The the studio room was nice and spacious and was very clean. We were really happy that there was also a small kitchen with a hob, sink, microwave and fridge freezer as well as a nice little balcony with a table and chairs. The bathroom was also spacious and clean and included shampoo, shower gel and even toothpaste. The only downside was that the bed was very hard. Aside from that, the owners were extremely friendly and although they spoke only a little English they made us feel very at home. My fiancée and I both agreed that we would love to go back there some time as we felt thoroughly relaxed and back to nature there. P.s access is down quite a long dirt track that is pretty well signposted but could be tricky in winter if there is snow. Ample parking right outside the room was great! "
