"Stay with Nimman was the best hotel we stayed at throughout our travels around Thailand. The price was amazing for such a great quality place. Everything in our room, from the sheets to the bathroom, was spotless. And free minibar and waters? Yes! It is a bit of a walk to old town, but it is easy to take one of those red trucks. Also, there is a lot to do around Stay with Nimman as it is a more modern growing location. A must try in Chiang Mai is khao soi noodles!"

"I have stayed at many hotels in Chiang Mai on business trips. This one was by far the best in the downtown area near the Night Bazaar. For me, location is very important in Chiang Mai. This is the best hotel in the location if you want luxury at a good value. The food here was very good also. This was our first time taking young children with us to Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the children who were ages 1 and 3. We will definitely come back to the Centara. We love Chiang Mai."

"Thank you Chala No 6 for a fantastic stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is not only well located in the old city , it also has a team of wonderful staff - from the front desk to the cleaning team. The front desk staff , in particular , Ms Cartoon (front desk assistant manager) is an exemplary example of traditional Thai hospitality. Despite a very frustrating experience with the car rental company,(through the hotel) , she was very understanding , patient & helpful in lending us support when we had to talk to the car rental company. She stepped in to resolve the issue so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. We are very grateful for her intervention and assistance. We will definitely return to Chiang Mai and will not hesitate to stay in Chala No 6 again. "

"This was a great find for us. We have stayed in Chiang Mai before in a similar location, but the Suriwongse Hotel is great value for money. The accommodation is excellent! We were upgraded to a Suite on the sixth floor which was very well appointed, comfortable and the room service, just great. The location, right in the middle of the night markets and within easy walking distance to the old city makes this hotel a great option for families, couples and groups. The Hotel has a good restaurant, Bistro and bar. Additionally, there is a good Internet Cafe and two tourist desks. We thought that the service was friendly and efficient and all of the staff we met were helpful. The Bonus was the Friday Night Food Fair which for 100 baht per person provided a good opportunity to try North Thailand Cuisine. I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, the quality of the food and value for money. I have advised my friends to stay at the Suriwongse Hotel when next in Chiang Mai, as we will."

"This hotel is my favourite hotel in Chiang Mai. Every time I visit Chiang Mai I prefer to stay here. It has the best location n that is one of the reason that if yoiu do not book well in time its hard to get a room. Nice spacious rooms n bath room. I always enjoyed the breakfast. The location is good one close to many attractions. I would recommend it to all travells whether solo or with family to stay here. "

"i've been coming back to this hotel year after year. i'd have to say this is one of the best hotels in chiang mai, the staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home. the food is great, the service is great. there's even avis in the hotel if u need to rent a car. its location near the night bazaar and restaurants is great coz transportation is not that easy in chiang mai unless if ur renting a car. the taxi drivers and tuk tuk will always over charge you. i recommend renting a car coz its not that expensive plus u get to see more. "

"Nicely located in the quieter side of Chiang mai.... lots of cafes & eating places for explorations within walking/ Cycling distances. Do check out DeMeung just few doof units away down lane 17. A chic restaurant serving tasty Northern Thai food at very reasonable prices... even the locals eats there!"

"Hotel is located in center of Chiang Mai. basic facilities are available e.g. daily bottle water, daily clean up. parking lot is limited and there are one way and narrow street to access hotel. only one key card. If I want to go out for 5-10 mins, need to turn off air conditioner.that's annoying me. "
