"I loved my stay at this hotel. We stayed at 3 hotels around Bali and this was the best. The staff were super friendly, and so nice with our baby. The staff helped us with all of our bookings, and travels to our next destination in Bali. We could have not have asked for a more pleasurable stay. The room was extremely clean, and our balcony view was really nice. The room was simple, but perfect for us who were rarely in the room. The grounds are on a busy streets however, when you walk back into the property you cannot hear anything and it is a small paradise. The only improvement I would suggest is getting baby chairs for the dining area. While we were there we saw many babies, so it would have been nice. But other than that my family and I could not have asked for a better stay!"

"The receptionists are very good. The owner has let us paid through their credit card machine and get some cash that we need for excursion coz our bank, doesn't work in any atm machines in Bali. It was great staying with the gelatik bed and breakfast. You have to cook #DIY for your breakfast, wash some dishes and have some shared stuffs in the dining area. Cool and relaxing place, indeed! Definitely, i will be back and highly recommend this place! "

"The room was huge and very clean. The bathroom and shower were great. The staff are lovely and make cups of tea whenever you want. We booked onward travel, the young staff don't speak great English but it is Bali after all. The breakfast was great, lovely omelette or pancakes and bowl of fruit. The tea was lovely. The has balconies which you can eat your breakfast on and overlook rice paddies. We enjoyed watching the farmer with his ducks. A little bit out the way of the town but not far. We extended our stay as it was so lovely and quiet. "

"Good place to stay if budget traveling. Location good and close to all beautiful beaches but pretty far from city. Nice and quiet place to stay. Good wifi in rooms. Cafe in front really cheap to buy all your meals. Staff really nice and helpful. You can rent scooter to drive around this part of island. I would highly recommend this place for that cheap price. Only minus on my stay- i had my room in first floor and it looked like it was staff smoking area just behind my bathroom window in between two houses. Since the windows are not closed it was very upsetting to have a cigarette smell in my room all the time coming from bathroom. I asked boys kindly not to smoke there but after 1 day they were back doing same thing."

"The room itself was pretty awesome. I really liked the high ceilings and marble floors and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. I really felt at peace in there and wish my living situation in Hawaii was more like this place - haha. I felt like the room itself is worth the price. The pool set up is great and it has swim-up bar which is pretty cool. There are outside fountain showers by the pool and a bathroom - which is great for rinsing off sand from the beach, washing hands etc. The food was excellent. You stay next to 2 really authentic and cheap local restaurants as well, which is super convenient. The beach is nearby, w/ various surf break options and what seem like hundreds of booths offering snorkeling, diving , etc. Most importantly the customer service was excellent. The ATMs on Lembongan are complete crap and would not dispense the money I tried to withdraw. To make matters worse - my bank at home thought I had received the money from these (multiple) attempted transactions. The staff at the hotel were completely empathetic towards my potential nightmare situation. They let me receive cash through swiping a credit card. I have been traveling in Indonesia 8 times now - I have been in a situation like this one before (my card got sucked into a ATM machine) and no hotel ever let me do that despite my desperate plea for help. I thought I might have been trapped on the island w/ no money but the hotel staff understood my situation and helped me through it. Overall - I greatly enjoyed my stay here. I think the only downside was the Wifi was pretty bad. But to be honest - I've yet to find good Wifi in Indonesia period. I think you have to pretty much go to internet cafes w/ cable hook ups to get anything close to speedy. "
