We had a 1 night stay in Niagara and went for a premium room with Canadian & US falls view. Well worth it, as the views were spectacular. "We reserved 1 King Falls View Suite. I thought we were gonna get 14th floor like that. However, we got 26th floor. It was amazing. View was perfect, nothing blocked both U.S and Canada falls view. Service was good, they were so kind. If I stay Niagara falls again, I’ll decide here."

"Best deal I could find for the location and quality for a hotel in the area for my finace and I to stay in Niagara Falls over the weekend. Even though I had booked a "river view" they gave me a room with a partial veiw of the Horseshoe falls! So I felt good about that. Be aware however that there is a giant Marriott right in from of the radisson so chances are you will get at least a partial veiw of that. The bathtub had jets buit in and that was really nice. We loved how the housekeepers left us a bag of all our toileteries and refreshments for the day hanging on the door since we had the do not disturb tag layed out. This was the first time I have ever seen any hotel do this even a 5 star. I thought that was exceptional service and very thoughtful because now I don;t have to call trying to get things. The casino and the falls are really close so you can just walk from the hotel. We didn;t even have to use our car or any other means of transportation while we were there. Parked the car in the casino for 3 days and didn;t need to use it until we left. Free for all 3 days was the best parking deal. Just get a players card and gamble a little in the casino your parking is then comped. Although we lost alot more in the casino ha Clifton Hill was a little more of a trek (about 25 min walk) but after going there once we were all set with that. Would rather be on the more peacful side near the falls and Victoria Park."

"Niagara Falls is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. The tourist district is without anything other than overpriced restaurants serving disgusting food, overpriced parking and hotels with hidden resort fees. I will never go back. That being said, this hotel, while very expensive, provided a nice view of the falls."

"Easy check in and professional and friendly staff. They provide a complimentary WEGO card which is very useful if you are visiting Niagara. "

"Just walking distance to the falls (at night). Niagara Tour is provided at the lobby. Brasa, brazilian steakhouse is just around the corner. "

"Arrived at 1 pm to be able to spend as much time in the water park as possible. Beautiful park and hotel! Kids ages are 5 and 8. Both kids enjoyed really everything, they liked all the things for younger ones but also loved the big slides! My son wasn't able to go on 2 slides because of his height, but that didn't matter, there was enough to do. We all loved the lazy river. Hotel room was clean and spacious. We were excited for story time but could not hear the animals very well, so left. Spend most of the next day in the park as well. 1 night stay was good! Thanks GWL! We all had fun:)"

"An honest steal for the price and the amazing location. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel should they ever visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast can be bought at around CAD22 on site, with a good variety of food and an excellent view of the falls in the morning. In my personal opinion, it has the best location of all the hotels, particularly because of its proximity to Rainbow Bridge and to a walking street with great food and small games and attractions. "

"For the moment I check-in, there is a facilities fee charged per room. It is CAD10 + 15%tax and didn't mention before I make the booking. It is totally unacceptable and I don't think I have to pay this fee. People may think CAD10+tax is a small amount but I think it is about integrity. If I pay this time, is that mean I have to pay if i is CAD1,000 as well? When I tell the front desk that the fee wasn't mentioned during the booking, and the confirmation e-mail also claimed that my booking was fully paid, the front desk argued that it was mentioned. Therefore I asked him to search and point that out to me. After 10 minutes waiting, the front desk couldn't find it mentioned and free the charge for us. Also, the parking fee is unreasonably high (CAD20 per car). Plus, unlike most of the other hotels in Canada, the bottled water in the room is charged (CAD2.99 each). No matter what the result is, I think it is better to state all the price on the booking page."

"The check-in was smooth. The gym is tiny with 3 or 4 machines. Breakfast options were standard. We paid $10 extra for overnight parking. The room was overall clean. However, dust are collecting on the head beds. "
