"nice hotel outside of Montpellier with designer furniture (nice but not of really high quality) and AC was broken. I did not like, that the sheets are too short and leave the bed at night time and that the service maid regrets to change 3 medium towels without demanding 6 EUR. Up to now I could not find out why they charged 4 € extra in cash for any local tax without any receipt. But we do not complain - what you pay is what you get. "

"We had room #17 at the very end of the building. First we were given a wrong WIFI password so had to go back to front desk at 11pm. We were able to connect but got a very weak signal that was loosing connection every minute or so. Signal was perfect in the lobby though. It is not admissible nowadays that a professional organisation such as Appart Hôtels save a few lousy bucks on internet access points! Shall NOT recommend."
