"I was a bit nervous staying on my own even though I have been to this area in Portugal for 10 years. The "alone" thing was worrying me. I needn't have worried. The place is , peaceful, friendly and inclusive. KoKo lane opposite Vila du Golf becamey go to cafe. The beach was a 15/20 min walk and I felt completely safe in the Villa. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay "

"We enjoyed our stay, customer service was always very pleasant, staff appeared genuinely pleased to help. Room ready on arrival, prior to official check in. Check-in quick and efficient. Breakfast was the same, although hotel busy. Complimentary beds and sunshade on beach made a difference, we spent time every day by pool and on beach. We did upgrade our room and all was beautiful. Housekeeping very thorough and turn down service with usual chocolate but we also got left fresh roses, The location meant hardly any driving out at night so that was a nice bonus, we hardly used hire car. "

"The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The food in the onsite restaurant was also really good and the staff there were fantastic. The apartment was very well laid out and all the appliances within were of very good quality and worked without any issues. The only downside was the attitude of the receptionist when we were checking out. We had a very late flight out and the hotel's check out time was 11am. We asked the receptionist whether we could get a late check out or even pay for an extra afternoon's stay. Now bearing in mind, this was not peak season nor was the hotel fully booked., she was very rude and completely refused to listen, so despite the amazing stay at the hotel, her attitude ruined the overall experience for us."

"Nice relaxed atmosphere Resort in good location to walk everywhere, or 5 mins in an Uber. Nice swimming pools, indoor and outdoor. Gym was really well kitted out with new machines. Spa was excellent and very accomodating Suites were in process of being done up, but very good size and plenty of space. Bathrooms were huge, nicely finished with a great shower. While the resort itself isn’t in the same 5 star bracket as other 5 star resorts in the area it was great value for money. The only negative would be that the breakfast could have been better, not enough selection of hot food, toasters very old, and should be table service with a selection of eggs or something to keep up to a 5 star standard. I’m sure they can improve on this. All in all an excellent stay."
