"Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the Jeju I've with my husband. Although it is very far from the busy city, we enjoy the serene and quiet surrounding. All the staff are very friendly and I am very impressed on how they try to talk with us in english even though they are not that fluent. There is even kitchen for us to cook and self service laundry in the resort! Love it! We will book here again for sure"

"our flight from seoul to jeju was cancelled due to bad weather in jeju (all flights unable to land) and rescheduled to the next day. we called kai resort around 8pm asking if we could refund and surprisingly they agreed! so, we shortened our stay from 3 nights to 2 nights. our stay in kai resort was awesome! the staff (son of boss) very friendly and attentive. he has been very helpful to us and he is the only one who can speak english in kai resort. the bedroom is huge with a balcony and a fully furnished kitchen. microwave, refrigerator, pots, frying pans, bowls, plates, cups, knife and cutleries are provided for your convenience. kai resort will be a good option if you plan to have a relaxing holiday in jeju. kai resort is located at the west side of the island and quite far from jeju airport about 40mins driving distance. if you plan to join bus tour (east course & west course), there will be no pick up service from this resort."

"Booked the hotel thru agoda. Its a new hotel & I do not espect wonders since there's not many review on the hotel. I just booked it because its near to Inchulbong (Sunrise Peak) & some of the places around. Well i must say its among the best choice ever. Room. To my surprise, the room was quite huge. Give us extra pillows & mattress to sleap. The room was modern with touch up of Korean style. It was terrific. You can see Sunrise peak clearly from the room & balcony. The room was very cosy & clean. Equip with big LCD TV, There's also a small kitchen with full kitchenette facilities. The kitchen equipment with complete set of dine set for at least 6 paxs with a medium-sized fridge, a rice cooker, a kettle, a sink/stove, pots and pans, and utensils. Its clearly convinient for my family because to get halal food is quite difficult. Location The place was quite far from the airport. Its about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour journey from the airport. But it depends on the traffic. Its just 10 minutes drive to Sunrise Peak & Seopjikoji. I normally wake up early in the morning around 6 am & drive down to Sunrise Peak & get some great pictures. Most of the attraction in Jeju Island is nearby the hotel. From the hotel some of the places just less than 1 hour drive. The reception & hotel staff are very friendly. Cons : Breakfast is dissapointing. No wifi in the room but only at the lobby. Tips. You need to rent a car. International driving licence is mandatory in order for you to drive in Korea. "

"it is very cozy to live here,however it is far away from the airport about 50 kilometers,while it is convinient to call a taxi,and it's nearby the sunrise resort and u-do island. the staff of the hotel is very frendilly and good at english. maybe it's more suitable for the passangers with a car,next time i will aslo choose this hotel in jeju "

"First suggestion: Please rent a car in jeju island with english GPS. For people with US driver licence: go to AAA, show your DL, with $35 and 15 mins waiting you'll get your international driver licence (yes, that easy) We stay at honeymoon suite at Y hotel. Rooms are big, clean, and very romantic ocean view. Perfect for our honeymoon. We can see the over view of the ocean even from jacuzzi room. "

"I went there for my fiancee’s birthday. Julie helped for all preparations. The room was decorated lovely for the occasion, booked the restaurant and went to pickup a birthday cake for the occasion. We even had breakfast served in the room the night after. If you want to spend a special occasion in Jeju Island, I would highly recommend to stay here, as they will make your stay perfect!
