"I just stayed 2 nights but really enjoyed it as a relaxing get away attached to a longer Cambodia adventure. Koh Rong is beautiful, more nigh5 life in Koh Rong village but Long Set is better as a secluded beach get away. The beach, pool and restaurant were quite good. The breakfast is buffet style with omelettes and pancakes, french toast and many western style breakfast items and also good chinese style breakfast. I recommend the sea food grill and the Tom Yum soup as best dishes for dinner. "

"Pros: Endless blues, I gotta say this part of the Island is truly paradise. I've not stayed or visited other parts of Koh Rong as recent reviews on the internet say it's no longer one. But I believe Long Beach still has the blues. The rooms are sparkling clean, as this resort is newly build. The staff is amazing, they speak good english, so communication is not a problem. The food is great but a bit expensive(expect to pay 6$-9$ for a dish.). By great I mean by Koh Rong standards, don't expect it to be as good as in Phnom Penh. You've the entire beach to yourself and I got to admit the beach is very clean. You can just chill on beach chaise for an entire day. Cons: 1. Not much in drinks, they only have beer and soft drinks. 2. No hot water shower. 3. Getting here can be a drag, from Sihanoukville you need to get to Sok San beach which would be a story for another day. Then from Sok San Port, you've to take 15 mins bumpy motorbike ride which cost you 5$ to reach the resort. "

"I only want to say it's so sad when I looked back, the island and hotel is gradually disappearing from my eyes. I just felt so sad to leave from this resort and island.I love the dogs there, and also the people, the beach is sooooo beautiful. one thing I need to point out. we spent double money on boat from Sihanuvie to Kog Rong, because we were not informed clearly that the other boat company would be parked at different ports, and KoH Rong is big, in order to go to sok san resort we had to take another boat from one side of the island to another side. only this point, I hope the hotel can explain to customer more clearly that other company's boat will not be able to part at your port and they are far away from your port. because many customers actually arrive at sihanuve in the morning and your boat comes to pick at 2pm, most of customers don't want to wait and they would buy the ferry ticket from other boat company, they thought the ports in Koh Rong would be closer to each other, actually they are not."

"Great relax on the western coast of Koh Rong at this secluded 5 star resort. The food was sensational and the staff were so welcoming and diligent. More water available in rooms would be appreciated and some discussion on arrival regarding sand flies, nasty little unfelt bites that cause much discomfort following. "

"The Koh Rong Hill Beach Resort is at the far end of Long Set beach, making it the most remote property on the beach. The bungalows are comfortable and perfect for two. The only downside is the property is currently under expansion, so there are piles of pvc pipe and rebar everywhere, and the sounds of construction work mar an otherwise nice spot. Also, the staff didn't inform us they had a private pier when we booked the room--this is extremely important information when the only way to arrive on the island is by boat!!"

"Stayed here originally for one night then booked another 3. Depending on what type of accommodation you want on koh rong there is something for everyone. Certainly if you want cheap budget accommodation or dorm type then this isn't for you but as a couple wanting some peace x quiet x clean room this was perfect. It's only a 4/5min walk from the village centre so you have the convenience of the restaurants x bars but can escape to some peace x quiet when needed. Rooms immaculate x spacious. Views stunning. A steep walk to get up to the rooms so definitely not recommended for wheelchairs. "
