Hotel was lovely and staff exceptionally helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was hard to get a jug in the room, got one, they took it back, then one wasn’t available. We are used to making tea in our room. While this may not be something locals do a lot of travelers do. We are used to every room having tea/coffee making facilities and understands you don’t but perhaps you should have several kettles available. Thanks for a great stay.
Very close to the city centre about 15 min quick walk. Place is clean and breakfast has lots of choices and delicious. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is everything you need, Clean, Safe, Affordable and with friendly Staff also. For me the best thing was the location. Literally 25m from Heroismo Metro Station made life very handy. From here you can get to the heart of the city or transfer to other Metro or Mainline Train services to go literally anywhere the train goes. There is even a direct link to/from Porto Airport. If you feel like a brisk stroll then it's just a 20min walk to Via Caterina and Balhao Market shopping. The Balhao Metro is just 2 stops away if the weather is poor (it was January and it rained a lot on my trip) For value and convenience I would stay here again. I'm 64.
A bit far from city centre but very near to a metro station, with a bigger size room. Room is clean with a very helpful staff. Hence, overall stay is very pleasant.

Location is fantastic, just opposite to the Heroísmo metro and around 500m from Porto railway station. Restaurant and departmental stores are nearby as well. The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony also. The bathroom had the required toiletries and the bed was comfortable as well. The outdoor fitness centre didn’t quite meet expectations.
