Best "Cheap" Hotel I've had.”
My daughter and I stayed there for a few days before heading back to Bangkok. We stayed on Patong Beach for the first few days (a couple hundred meters up the street) at a nice economy hotel, but it was twice the money for roughly the same thing at the Time Out Hotel. The Time out Hotel lobby/entrance is in the Subway Sandwich shop on Patong road. Blink and you'll miss it. Many Taxis don't know of the Time Out Hotel location, so tell them to take you to the Subway shop on Patong Beach Road. Go into the Subway shop and the hotel desk (literally a desk, is in the back by the Subway cash register). It was a nice place and good deal since your RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! But, for a token price. Anyone budgeting and many are... this is probably the best deal you'll get on Patong Beach.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile.”
Time Out hotel was a fantastic place to stay & play. Very friendly staff and not too expensive. Air conditioning worked very well and room was always clean. Free water too was also fantastic help for hot thailand. Only downside was wifi was sporadic but still worked. Very good place overall for its price. 9/10. Reception staff also very helpful.

great location for a hotel”
me and my friends really loved this hotel because it is right across from the beach. there are so many restaurants and fast food places right at our door step and we just have a walk a short distance to all the bars and pubs. i will definitely love to stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to all my friends travelling to phuket. i only hope they will look into having an elevator as climbing the stairs can be pretty tedious. thank you agoda and time out hotel for making my stay so enjoyable.

Time Out Rewiew”
This was my 2nd time at Time Out Hotel. All the front rooms are facing the beach with a great view. Many restaurants and bars are around the area. 5 minute walk to Bangla Road. I can recommend this hotel to all travellers without children in tow. Great location, great staff and cheap if you shop around booking places like Agoda.

Excellent for budget travelers”
Situated right at the patong beach and basically you can find everything around it - food, convenience store, pubs, etc. Loads reviews complained about the noise at night, but it didn't really bother us at all cos by 1am, all noises are gone, or maybe we're just heavy sleepers lol. Staffs are friendly (especially Nao) and helpful as well. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Only problem is the ventilation isn't so good especially in the toilet. Great stay!

Small hotel with nice rooms”
we wanted to enjoy patong night life. we arrived by car. it is a bit difficult to get a parking place, but we were happy to get one almost in front of it. when you arrive shortly after 6 o'clock evening and leave before 8 o'clock next morning, parking a car is no problem. but who wants to go for night life and get up next morning before 8 o'clock? but the location is perfect - you are in the middle of patong night life, and you have a perfect room with beautiful see view. we did not test food or hotel features. so i gave 3 points below.

Stay in highest flr room 401, nice view . Room is spacious and clean.facing directly to patong beach.below hotel is subway restaurant . Nextdoor have money changer which offer the best rate amongst other money changer . 24 hrs family mart is just next door of money changer . 8 minutes walk to bangla street . 15 minutes walk to Jungceloy & banzaan fresh market .

pleasant and close to everyting”
for the money u pay in phuket, dis s d best any1 can possibly ask for. the reception of the hotel is in the subway and dat s d cheapest and healthy dan anywere outside in phuket as dis place is damn expensive. rite in frnt is the beach and u can rent byks.. walkable distance to the main nightlife area and shopping. good staff and no problems faced. also extended our stay n dey dey charged the agoda rates.

Time Out Hotel, Great Place for Time Out”
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was made up everyday. It was a bit hard to locate at first because the front door is actually Time Out Gelato Bar and there were no signs outside to say that there is a Time Out Hotel. However, price paid was good for a location right in front of the beach, which is just across the road.

Cheap, accessible”
The Hotel is excellent, it was cheap & easy accesible to the shops, Jungceylon Mall & beach. The beach is just across the street. Even to Bangla road was only 5 minutes walk. To find the hotel, you need to find Time Out Gelato Bar. The reception will be at the end of the restaurant. The room is clean with LCD tv, minibar & most important thing hot shower & air-con.

Good location”
Very good location just few steps from patong beach. I really enjoyed the sunrise with few people jogging around the beach. Everything just walking distance to bangla road, convenience store, shopping, groceries and etc. Room is quite clean just a bit disappointed with bathroom. The shower not really working, then facing of wood door. Even door has mold due to water from shower. Wifi quite slow they are using 2G Speed only. Recommended to buy your own simcard rather than using their wifi. Just i like the location. Last but not least, you might a little bit difficult to find the hotel for the first time. The hotel receiptionist is in the Subway restaurant by the way. Everything good just only the bathroom a bit disappointed.

Thsi hotel is a small hotel, in the busiest part of the Patong beach. Very close to the beach. TV is big. Funiture is ok. But there is no hot water. Although it is very hot outside, a hot shower is necessary, especially for ladies to wash out the sun cream... There is a club next to the hotel. So it is very, very nosiy at night, till very late. We joined quite some day trips, so when we came back, everyone was tired and fell asleep soon. There are a lot of ants in the toilet! Later we changed another room and found no ants there. However, with this price and the peak season, this hotel is very good.

Awesome location across the Patong beach and my room had a great view. Hotel is surrounded with Subway, Restaurants, Clubs, Bars & Shopping area so No Transportation needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. My Room was spacious and Bathroom was clean. I will stay again soon ...

Only Budget Hotel fronting Patong Beach”
Our room was on the 4th floor but we had a porter to carry our luggage up. Time Out faces Patong Beach and watching the activities at the Beach was great. We did not have a direct view but good enough!! Next to the Hotel is a 5 Star Hotel with great music which kept us entertained in the evening. We went over for dinner twice because of the great music. The Bands, a Filipino and another Band had been with the Hotel for over 10 years!! They are great! We had excess to spas, nail parlors and shopping. My husband made a new suite at a fantastic bargain, USD150. It is very well tailored. The Reflexology down the road is cheap and good and we went several times.

Timeout Hotel”
The hotel is faced to the Patong beach, easily to find something to eat because it all seafood restaurant along the patong, you can walk just five minutes to Bangla street which is the most fascinate street, you can enjoy you drink and people arpund.. Hotel service staff can give you a good deal information to take a trip to another island even taxi to the airport.. I love this hotel and definitely going back there again..

need to replace old furniture near to nightlife phuket very close to the place which is many people visited and just walk about 5 minute to bangla street. view direct to patong beach which is favorite beach and nice to see and visit , relaxation with others.alots of mini market easy to get and reach the stores.but very hard to get taxi to and from airport.have to arrange early to reserve taxi.on the first floor have ice cream store and next the hotel have many restaurant and live music to see.a bit noisy the during nite because of the music and restaurant around the hotel.get upgrade the room. there is no lift in the hotel.have to walk up by strairs which is 3rd floor.nice and very helpful staff.room a bit dirty and smell, the shower kits also not completed ad my expectation there is no soap and shampoo provided.bangla road just 5 minutes to reach and many bars also bazaar during weekend which is cheaper as well.

Small but Nice”
Nice hotel in Patong area, next to beach just across the road. Staff is good service and there is burger and ice scream shop at frist floor. Many local transportation at front hotel both small car taxi, rental car and motorbikes. Walking not too long to Bangla Road which you can get into beach bars and pubs outthere. Room are clean and Air con is cool enought for sunny day, safe box also available in room to keep value stuff.
