Thoroughly recommend the Tirant Hotel. The Staff are very professional and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at check-in and we were informed that we were upgraded to the Executive room with a Balcony, which we very much appreciated. A special mention to Snow at reception, she was very professional and helpful with all of our queries and a joy to see her happy smile whenever we were in the lobby. The Room and Bathroom were very clean and housekeeping do a wonderful job in making our stay comfortable. Breakfasts are plentiful with lots of options to choose from and more than enough to get you started for the day. Even though we didn't get to use the pool, the roof top area is a beautiful setting to hang out with lots of different seating and tables. All staff at the Tirant are very friendly and very welcoming. This is the perfect hotel in the best location when you want to stay in the Old Quarter. If we ever return, we will definitely stay at the Tirant, we loved our stay here and only wished we had stayed longer. Thankyou to all Staff for our wonderful stay.

We spent our first three nights in Vietnam at the Hotel Tirant Because we arrived late at night, it was more convenient for us to have the hotel arrange a car to pick us up at the airport. While there were less expensive options, we liked the convenience and the process was very smooth The room was as described and the shower has amazing pressure. Note, the bed in my exterior/city view room was very firm. I loved it but it might not be comfortable if you sleep on a soft mattress. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The location was great for wandering on our own and tour pick up. Will stay here again on return visits.
We loved our stay at the Tirant. From our initial check-in late in the evening we were made to feel extremely relaxed thanks to the highly attentive, courteous staff and calming atmosphere. Our room had a fantastic view over the city and everything we needed in terms of facilities plus a highly satisfying rain shower, just what you need after a day if exploring. The private bathroom has an obscured glass wall to the room which is slightly unusual design for us in the UK to be seeing the outline of your partner using the toilet but this didn't bother us, some might like the addition of a curtain. The breakfast was excellent, a absolutely anything you can think of from local cusine to cakes, croissants, cereals etc served in the buffet plus an open kitchen for orders, all in an open airy dining area with great views. The floor above had the open air pool, which was cool on our cloudy day but pleasant and refreshing. We used the gym which is small but has a decent multi function barbell rack with cables and bench plus freeweights and a couple of cardio machines. We really appreciated the drinking water dispenser, something simple but enables you to refill your bottles without having the hassle of constantly purchasing throughout your stay. Overall a hotel which is very easy to recommend on your trip to Hanoi and comfortably on the top of our list of places we stayed during our time in the city.

Wonderful Hotel, the best. Location right in the action of it all. You are made so welcome by girls doormen and of course Don who also caters to your every needs so happily. Rooms beautiful and well appointed even had Netflix, kept very clean withe best housekeeping staff. Breakfast was delicious lots of choice and a friendly welcome every morning from Chester who goes out of his way to make sure you are catered for. Great views from dining room. I would recommend this little gem to all. We certainly will return next time in Hanoi
