"Pros: Possibly the closest hotel to Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin and Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. It is located just below a 16 hour mart. There are only 10 rooms, and during my stay, there was only 1 other occupant there. Rooms were large enough, that you could put your bags and still have room to pray, and toiletries, including toothbrushes/toothpaste, prayer mat were provided. Bath and hand towels were provided, as well as a foot rug for the attached bathroom. The bathroom had a rain shower (cold water only) and a water heater with its own shower head with pump, providing a fine spray for bathing. Coffee and tea are provided (4 bags of each per room), and on arrival, they provided me with mandarin oranges, there is a clothes rack with hangers to hang your clothes and wifi is adequate but only for your phones, it seems. Cons: No elevators, so there is a climb to the hotel rooms. Thin blankets. No closet, keys collected from the mart below, restaurants below are closed"
