The best location for sunset!”
Even it is a bit far from the main pier, but it is worth to stay there. The staffs are friendly and helpful especially the activities. The foods in the hotel are expensive but you can walk or pay for a taxi of hotel to go around (but I suggest to rent a motorcycle). The beach is pretty but not the best one on island yet. The waterfall nearby is nice too.

Best hotel in Koh Kood. We explored the whole island for a week and saw most hotels. The beach, view, food, rooms and staff were all amazing

Kind stuff and good position”
Resort is a bit dated and needs renovation but it's well positioned and the staff was really kind and helpful. We had a few issues with the duplex room that we booked and after 2 nights we were upgraded for free to the sea view bungalow.

Quiet, private getaway”
Stayed in Ocean Front room and loved the view, especially in the morning. The room had two king beds which wasn't exactly useful, a seating area or a table would have been welcome, but all in all the room was lovely. Had some issues with the internet on the first day but was taken care of promptly. The facilities look a somewhat worn, which was a bummer at first but really didn't matter eventually. Didn't like the food too much but there were several good eating spots in the vicinity. Great starting spot for kayaking and riding around the island. Had an enjoyable stay with lovely staff.

The resort is beautiful and clean in general! We enjoyed our time! But it’s not that great beach honestly! And took ages to get our drinks from their bar! Otherwise, was not bad!

Paradise with some issues. ”
Loved the area! It's not as quite as one would think but as long as your not a super light sleeper then you'll manage. Also, the staff was hit and miss. There were some plumbing issues in our room (#3). The toilet wouldn't flush and would take like 5mins for the water to go down but not flush all the way. So if your taking a dump you can imagine the dilemma here. My wife and I brought this up a couple times to the staff and they seemed like they didn't really care at all. Hence why I am telling you all. Lastly the beds were a little to stiff for my liking but that's just a personal issue. All in all my wife and I loved the views and the property as a whole. Breakfast was always on point so I highly recommend eatting on site.

Bad quality for this price”
This hotel im sure was a really nice place many years ago, but it is really needs a renovation! It is really not worth the price! The view is stunning from the ocean view bungalows! And the staff is nice and helpful, but these are the only positive things! But it has no sandy beach, but you can easily get one with a scooter. The beds are really uncomfortable, you can even feel the strings inside, beacuse they are really used and old. The pool is small and the water looks dirty. The breakfast is poor. The bathroom looks dirty and old too..

there was an overbooking”
we have book duplex bungalow for 2 nights from Agoda . When i arrived there, a staff told us that 2nd night we have to move to the smaller one (1 queen bed and extra-bed) or move to another inferior hotel. so we chose to stay at away resort (they gave us free dinner (unchosen menu) , and free snorkeling for 3 people) the 2nd day that we have to move , the staff rushed us by phone to move and the same staff said to us with impolite word made us feel like unwelcomed .

Bed was terrible. Wasn't able to sleep good. Too small, too shaky. If partner moved out of the bed, you waked up too. Shower not strong enough to get sand out of your hair. Water in the shower was salty. Bungalow was too old and compared to the price absolutely not acceptable. Won't go there again and don't recommendable. Speedboats are crossing the beach with high speed. Don't care about swimmers.
