A magnificent private home. I stayed for two nights in one of the three rooms on the second floor. The room had air conditioning and heating, allowing for a comfortable stay. It had twin beds, plenty of power outlets, and USB ports. The shared living area was spacious, equipped for cooking and dining, and every morning, fresh water, fruit, and bread were provided, along with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and instant noodles. There was an ashtray on the wide balcony for smoking. The toilet and washbasin were on the second floor, with a Western-style multifunction toilet and numerous amenities available at the washbasin, including toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair products, and lotion. Towels and pajamas were provided for use. The bathroom was on the first floor and available for use 24 hours a day. The room could be locked securely. Access to the facility was available all day. I had business at the International Conference Center for three days, and it was very convenient being only about a 5-6 minute walk to the station ticket gate, which was one station away. There were multiple paid parking lots within a minute’s walk from the facility. A Lawson convenience store was within a 10-minute walk, and there was a pharmacy and Kura Sushi nearby. Since there were no other guests at the time, there were no inconveniences in the shared areas like the toilet, washbasin, or bath, making for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
