Comfortable stay”
Bed was comfortable as well as toilet heaters were working well. Comes with fridge as well. As the first room I got, the aircon was not cold. The staff immediately change a room for me. Floors is not swept clean and it's sticky but overall I would still give it a 5star. You gonna walk about 8 to 10mins from Sutthisan BTS. Its a cheap and good hotel 😁

Very nice hotel near MRT station”
The hotel is really nice and close to MRT Sutthisan station. It has an exceptional Shabu restaurant and 2 nice bars nearby. The staff is friendly but doesn't really speak English.

Great location. For the price, you pay it is acceptable. The room is nice but needs to be taken care of in a better way. Many things(Towel hangers; shower; hairdryer, etc.) in the room are broken. The cleaning in the room needs a lot of improvement. The staff is nice. The location is perfect for guests who wish to go to the embassy. As I said it is very good value for the price you pay and I would stay again.

Did not shower in room as there was mould growing on the shower head. ”
There was always hair on the floor even though the room had been made up. Did not use the towels because there were always stains on it. Supposed to stay for 14 nights, stayed for 5 nights because I couldn't get an earlier flight out. Only came back to the hotel to sleep. Would not recommend even if you had no expectations. Couldn't even tell the front desk why I wanted to check out so early as they asked if I wanted to change rooms. Basic housekeeping is to check the rooms before assigning it to a guest, which clearly wasn't done. The housekeepers seemed genuine and nice and proactive when I asked for toilet paper; which they did not replenish in the first place. Did not expect to give such a negative review, but for the sake of those who are considering, like me who read reviews prior and booked this place, i'm leaving this review. I truly feel bad to write this review, but I do feel cheated that I had to cut my trip short as I felt uneasy in the room.

If you need tp stay around this location, find another hotel for example Aspira One, which is much closer to MRT station and much much cleaner. If you booked with Preminum, make sure that your room is premium.

OK for the money”
Ton Aor place provided a refreshing change to previous places in Bangkok. Yes the location isn't great but the accommodation was clean, good value and the staff were helpful, even translating between us and our taxi driver. It's also nice to have a bathroom where the floor isn't swimming with water for most of the day, as here they have proper shower cubicles. Beds were a bit hard but we slept without a problem.
