[PROs] Our room was nice; small but with enough space for our stuff, plus it has a king size bed. It’s well-maintained too. They regularly clean the room (of course asking first for your permission). The location is pretty strategic considering it’s very near Phaya Thai airport link station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service which can drop you off Pratunam mall and other nearby areas. [Just small points to think about] - Thin walls so it’s likely you can hear all the noise in the hallway - They don’t have microwave oven (which could be helpful cos we love 7/11 precooked meals in Thailand) - My partner and I both agreed that the Indian receptionist seems to be distant. Maybe it’s just us but he never greeted us and never smiled to us. We stayed there for 5 days. It’s not so much of a big deal but as someone working in the hospitality industry, it would be great if he could be more approachable. :)

Good for solo or couple travellers. Good location. With in walking distance to Phenix, Platinum, Central World, Big C and others. If you really like to walk it even close to Siam. Bus and Trains are all nearby. Staying for weeks no problem, laundry service and cheap fashion market only 600m. 2 hrs train distance from/to DMK, 31mins taxi driving distance to/from DMK. The room is spacious for two adults. Bed sheet and towel are clean. Hot and Cold water available. Remember to take your deposit notes from front desk, its 1000THB and will be returned at check out. No animals allowed. They clean your room everyday and guarantee for loss/damage on your belonging (t&c applied) Breakfast is good but same menu everyday.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, location is great. Two minor issues: location is near train station, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Phaya Thai train station however that is through the alley and walking with luggage is not ideal. I walked from Rachaprarop as I felt safer as a female traveler, the road is busier and smoother. Electric kettle is not provided as website said, I had to get hot water from water dispenser located by a stairway. Unit is not sound proof so I used ear plug. Tuk Tuk dropped me off NEAR Phaya Thai station was a great help, keep in mind that you have to walk up the stairs if you have a big suitcase to carry. There is a big seven eleven just 5 minutes away. Pratunam market and Platinum mall are just 10 minutes walk.
