The building has been renovated into guest rooms using old structures, making it beautiful and easy to use. However, the large public bath features hot springs for scooping water with a bucket in the washing area instead of showers. This creates a charming atmosphere but requires a mindset to enjoy the inconvenience. In exchange, there is a drink corner that you can freely use after check-in, providing excellent service. The food is also delicious and lives up to the reputation of the long-established inn. Since it is close to Hakone Yumoto, I think the transportation is convenient. I had a wonderful experience!
