“A place to relax from the heart.”

I used this for a small solo trip during my busy schedule. When I entered the room, there was a lovely smell like a new building. It's not extremely spacious, but it has enough space, convenient wiring, and the balcony has an open-air bath. It's very luxurious for this price. First, I went to the large public bath. It's compact and simple. It's a pity that the open-air bath doesn't have a view. However, the water was very nice. Since everyone seems to use the bath in their rooms, I had the large public bath all to myself! Next was the long-awaited meal. They explained the menu, and there was a kind leaflet with descriptions. Everything was made with great care. The taste was delicious. Even though it was reasonable, I was happy to have sashimi served on a boat (though the taste was average). The drinks were all-you-can-drink, so I could enjoy as much as I liked without worrying about the price. The craft beer was delicious. The Yonezawa beef shabu-shabu was soft and excellent. It was fun to change the flavors of the sauces too! The only disappointment was that the stewed red snapper, which came beautifully as a whole fish, was taken away almost untouched. It wasn't checked, and that was truly unfortunate. After that, I enjoyed the open-air bath attached to my room. The water was a bit hot, but I could add cold water. Looking at the mountains, I had a very luxurious time both at night and in the morning. I enjoy watching movies in my room during solo trips, so I wished the TV was a bit bigger. But it was very nice to lie down on the sofa bed and watch. I thought breakfast would be a buffet, so I was a bit disappointed. There were enough items, and the main dishes of meat and fish were luxurious. The miso soup and rice had refills on the table, so I could eat a lot. The dessert pudding was delicious, and I was very satisfied! It was a wonderfully healing one-night, two-day stay. All the staff were pleasant, and it was comfortable that they didn't interfere unnecessarily. The drink corner in front of the front desk and the ice in front of the large public bath were available all the time, which was a great deal. I'm already planning my next day off to come back for sure. Thank you!

    “Best cost performance.”

I was looking for an accommodation with meals for a solo trip. The facility was very clean and comfortable to stay in! However, since the hallway to the room is outdoors, quite a number of bugs entered the room. I thought it would have been helpful if there were insecticides or bug repellent sprays in the room, but aside from that, everything was really good. I utilized the large public bath since my room did not have a private outdoor bath, but it seemed that everyone else was using the private outdoor baths, as they were fully booked around 9 PM. I was also pleased that the dryers in the large public bath were Refa. Regarding the meals, the rice was a bit on the dry side, but there was plenty of it and it was delicious. As mentioned in the facility guide, the road from Tounosawa Station (and the bus stop) to the accommodation has many stairs and is a bit dimly lit, so I think it's better for those with a lot of luggage, those with weak legs, or if checking in at night, to take a taxi. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to use it again.

    “The best extraordinary experience.”

This was my first time looking for a place with a room that has an outdoor hot spring. The corner room had the best view. The terrace with the outdoor hot spring was surprisingly spacious, and soaking in the pleasantly warm water while gazing at the mountains was incredibly refreshing. The food was delicious, and I finished every meal, both dinner and breakfast. I was also happy to have unlimited drinks. It was truly relaxing and wonderful. If I had to point out one thing, the toner and other toiletries were only available in the large bath area, so while there were shampoos available in the room for bathing, I had trouble with finding toner. However, everything else was perfect. I was very satisfied and would love to visit again.

    “Great private onsen”

Too nervous to try the public bath, so had a room with the private onsen tub. The tub was amazing, and having the cold water to cool the tub down was S-tier. The actual room was unexpectedly modern, even with the renovations being advertised. Plenty of USB and USB-C ports everywhere, and lots of lighting. The really big couch in the room was cool too. I take a point off location for the access for the station being an uphill trek, and said trek being a bit scary at night with less illumination than I'd like.
