I rented 2 rooms for my family. Breakfast and afternoon tea also perfect. Every morning and afternoon the rooms are always cleaned. The hotel services wonderful. I can say better than other 5 stars hotels.

I think the reason why you book Lebua hotel is usually luxurious room and spendidly tower. Of course that's true. But personally, I think this is by far the biggest advantage: [The service of the staff] In the meantime, I have experience of going to hotels in many places around the world. I've usually been to good hotels. However, it was hard to find a place with as good service as this place. In case of pre-question by e-mail, a person named 'Apichy' helped me in detail In fact, the concierge member of the hotel who made me feel the most satisfied while staying at the hotel was a person named 'Hocky'. If they also visit Tower Club at Lebua, I recommend them, and during their stay, they will be able to feel the best satisfaction.

Luxury at its best ”
Lebua has not only a spectacular asset with its majestic golden dome and the rooftop bar but more important it has a great team at work! It began already at the check in desk: you will feel immediately welcomed by the staff and the general manager himself, Mr. Rajan Khurana. Then the breakfasts were international and were made with the freshest and high end ingredients that were so delicious that I couldn't stop to eat 😂 that I got an extra portion to be delivered to my room!! Again the kitchen staff was so caring. I grew from size S to M, but I don't mind at all. Next I forgot my smartphone in a taxi. This time the front officers, Mrs Luckana Maphacha and Mr IT (sorry that I don't know his name) took care of my problem and solved it to my fullest satisfaction. Again my compliments to the Lebua staff and best recommendation!!

Exceptional experience you shouldn‘t miss”
Best hotel experience I have ever had. The personal service, the facilities, the rooftop bar, the location …. Most of all I like to say thank you to the reception managerin Nana and her team for the support after my little accident, to Ronnie for his help at the airport and to all of them and to all the other staff for their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. They all gave me a special stay and I am very happy to come back.

Great Location, Consistent Facility, Best Breakfast buffet in Bangkok”
We have been staying at this hotel for many years (maybe 20?) Since we are here to do business, the addition of a separate living room space and small kitchenette (no dishes, etc.) is quite helpful. I only have 2 comments; For all the prior visits--under the same name--they NEVER acknowledge our prior visits and acknowledge us as return customers. Second, the rooms have NOT changed in the 20 years - and that includes the carpets that need replacement and the floors that need to be stripped and polished (one would think that during the pandemic this would have been a good way to keep their workers employed?). The bell staff is excellent - need a taxi or help in any way, and they are there. The concierge was quite helpful this trip as my husband broke his eyeglasses and he sent us to a shop just a block away where they took out his lenses and put them in a brand new frame (HOW did they fit??). This hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet in Bangkok. The array of foods from every country around the world is exceptional. You can eat breakfast, and skip lunch you will be so satisfied. One night we got "rained in" as we attempted to leave the hotel for a dinner reservation due to a foot of water collecting at the exit. We ate at this same restaurant for dinner and it was first class. One thing to beware of is the "back door" to the hotel takes you to Silom Road. There are 3 men who are scammers who pose as "employees" of Lebua and try to lure you to take a tuk-tuk to a "jewelry factory" or another tour. I STRONGLY suggest you avoid these 3 guys who are at the 3-way stop at Silom Road and Chaoen Krung. We WILL be back next year - and maybe they will recognize us as return/repeat customers?

Stayed at theTower club. What is good - spacious room, views, 6am to 6pm lounge access with food and drinks, breakfast, late check-out (subject to availability) What is Average - gym is small and old What is Bad - No Steam or Sauna Definately will stay again!!

Front desk staff were terrible. Sweden ladies who spoke unrecognizable English. I am from America and travel to many countries for work. Their English was so bad it made check-in a terrible experience. BUT... once we went to the Sirocco Club Lounge, the staff was the BEST service I have had at any hotel in any country. They made our 4 day trip a wonderful experience. We went there to eat and drink 2 times every day. Staff et the Sky bar were also awesome. They assisted my fiance and I in taking pictures that came out beautiful. Making a wonderful experience. The entire hotel was perfectly clean. The room, the lounge, the toilets.... perfectly shiny floors, tables, counters, walls. Has to be the cleanest, shiniest hotel I have ever stayed in.

They give me something memorable”
The chek in time was quite long and was sent to rounge for waiting. At the rounge, I felt better coz thier food and drink is good enough to be there and waiting. Finally my room prepared and I was astonished by incredible room and view. I think they gave me best room they could arrange. I want to say thank to lebua again. 5yrs ago, they made me and my old mom happy by same way and this time again. They are very sincere and have class.

The roof top lounge has awesome views, breakfast was great, didnt get to use my club lounge access which I'd paid for unlimited drinks and etc. I was expecting a more comfortable beds and nicer rooms but room itself is just standard as any other hotels with balcony views.

Superb Hotel”
My husband and I stayed at the Lebua Tower Club Hotel for 10 nights with Club Lounge access. It was faultless, the food/drink was fabulous and the service was superb (especially Blame and Dell and all the other staff up at the Club Lounge) would highly recommend anyone wanting to relax and get totally spoilt. Had an amazing time here and special thanks to Pantipa Sapphasarn (Amm) who treated us to an upgrade and made our experience at Tower Club at lebua one to remember. Nice outdoor pool and terrific lounge (make sure to get a rate that includes breakfast and lounge access on 52nd floor). Also, be sure to visit the Sky Bar on 64th floor - drinks are pricey but the view is amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Loved the hotel and the staff. 10/10

Excellent Service from Hotel Staff”
Location is nice with many food options around. Near to Robinsons. Great view of city from balcony. Hotel breakfast was great with a wide variety. The Sky Bar is a must-go for the unique experience. My room aircon broke down close to midnight. The technician arrived within 5 minutes to assess the situation. The compressor pipe was choked frozen with ice. A change of room was offered and I was offered a plate of 6 macarons the next day with an apology card. One elevator (2nd from left) was not reading the hotel room card properly. Saw it happened to other guests too. Had to change to another elevator at level G. Excellent service from hotel staff.

Almost perfect but..”
Beautiful views of the city, gorgeous hotel, amazing service but on our last day we spent a sleepless night courtesy of the two men staying next door (as loud as teenage girls). It may be due to a sound proof problem in that particular room, as we could even hear their landline phone ringing as if it was ours, definitely not normal. We also spent NYE @ Sirocco: delicious food, our waiter fabulous, beautiful place (a pushy sommelier)… the only bad thing was the singer/band. While the jazzy music was good for dinner, the singer totally missed the countdown (to midnight) and after playing only half-ish dancy song (Happy-Pharrell) the band/singer took a break and totally killed the party. Thumbs down to that. I was so looking forward to that night and to crown it with some dancing. In sum, it’s a nice place to stay minus the noise and if NYE with a better singer.

Loved our stay”
Staff are amazing, the rooms are big and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. Beds are very comfortable and the service is perfect. Only negative was the shower temperature is impossible to maintain and the room smelled like smoke from next doors tenants or the previous visitors. Other than that can’t fault it. I would stay again anytime.
