Our House is located at Camella Subdivision, Malvar, Santiago City.
My house is very well maintained by a trusted friend. It is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids and groups.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Once booked no other guest can access, its a detached house with own gate.

The space
Our transient house offers exclusive access to a gated property with parking for 2 cars inside the gate and 2 outside. Amenities include:

- Wi-Fi and CCTV for safety
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, eating utensils, single gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, and electric water heater
- Dining area with 4 seats
- Airconditioned Living room with a 32” TV, queen size sofa bed and sofa for 3 people
- Laundry area for hanging clothes
- 2 air-conditioned rooms accommodating up to 10 pax (additional pax allowed in the living room)
- One of the rooms has a balcony for outdoor relaxation
- Each room comes with:

    “Excellent”

    We stayed in this townhouse as a family of six. My sister helped with the reservation, but it was my family who checked in on the same day we booked, so it was a last-minute stay. Because of the typhoon, the house wasn’t fully ready and the caretaker couldn’t respond right away, which was understandable. Still, the place was spacious and had almost everything we needed since it’s a transient house. Cleanliness was about 8/10, but the value for money is a solid 10/10. Location was also convenient—just a short drive to the grocery. Our overall stay was comfortable, except for one room where the AC made a loud sound on the second night, as noticed by my kids and nanny. It wasn’t a big issue since the AC still cooled well and we were usually too tired after a long day, just coming home to sleep. Overall, it’s a good and budget-friendly choice for families. 😊

    “Convenient for family”

    My family had a good stay for one night in this property though we had problems on check in as stray dogs were in the parking space. Host is very responsive and accommodating
