The center of the island, convenient access to any locations, near the shopping Central Festival! HeadStart International School is nearby, 10 minutes drive. The space Electricity is charged separately by the meter. 6 baht/unit Usually it's +/-200bhat day Other things to note When renting a place, guests pay extra for cleaning . Electricity is metered by all guests, regardless of the length of stay. Our receptionist will explain everything when we meet you .

    “Expect no frills townhouses”

    The place is charming, well equipped and located in an extremely residential neighbourhood with a Big C just minutes away. However the property is ants infested and the room I was in saw an overwhelming amount of ants trailing the headboard. Electricity is charged at THB 6/kWh, this is a separate charge with the option to pay at the end of the stay. For 5 days I was charged THB 850.
