A 20-minute walk from Waterford city centre, Travelodge Waterford provides en suite rooms with free parking. Waterford Airport and Waterford Castle are both within a 10-minute drive. Rooms at the Waterford all have tea and coffee making facilities and TV’s. The hotel is also located right by an American Diner where guests can relax and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Free WiFi with unlimited data for all devices is available throughout the hotel. Waterford Golf Club and Waterford Municipal golf clubs are both within 2.5 miles from the hotel. The southern Irish coast is a 15-minute drive away. Waterford is Ireland's oldest medieval city, featuring Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre and the Viking Quarter, only 20 minutes' walk away. The hotel is also conveniently located to WIT and the IDA Business Park with Waterford Regional & Whitfield Hospitals both within 10-minutes drive. Rosslare Europort is located just over an hour's drive from Travelodge Waterford.

Needs a complete refurb outdated, shower curtain dirty as were other things, didn’t appreciate having a yapping dog next door the owners had left it on it’s own dogs should NOT be allowed in hotels would not recommend

I do think you should inform paying customers that this travel lodge is used solely for refugees. We never had room cleaned for 4 nights we stopped .just gave tea milk and toilet rolls. And with the poor refugees living there the smells of them cooking was unbearable I do think a lower rate should be charged for anyone having a holiday as we was it was not pleasant at all I have never had such a bad stay anywhere .

I would not be staying in the future in this Travelodge The advertisement on line is false advertisement saying they have a restaurant and bar on-site which is not true Our room was located above a machine and you could hear and feel the vibrations in our room When we went to complain to the receptionist we were more or less told we were gone mad Very deceiving advertisement online I would not recommend it to anybody

Dirty, cheap. Wooden building so very noisy. McDonald next door and loading trucks at night, both very loud.. You almost can't see through the windows they are that dirty.

I travelled from America to Ireland to have someone at this location tell me that my female cousin who lives in this city tell me she wasn’t allowed to come into my hotel room. She as well as myself were asked to leave the premises. At 1am in the literal freezing cold we were forced to gather my belongings and vacate the hotel room leaving me with nowhere to stay. I was assaulted verbally and disrespected by their staff multiple times. It was downright atrocious and completely out of line for any corporate company to treat a customer with such disgust! I demand that the staff (Swlvia in specific) be reprimanded immediately before someone else is treated poorly. I feel embarrassed for the company as a whole after this experience. Disgusting display of hospitality period!

Staff were helpful and pleasant. It was especially nice to have a shower with pressure compared to a couple of b&b's in previous days where one had to chase the drops of water. Good car parking with vision by security cameras owned by Travelodge. The breakfast was yummy and good value. Around the 9/10 for budget styled accommodation

We traveled by car touring the area. We found this hotel late in the day. For the price it was clean & comfortable with a good location. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking. Close to fast food restaurants. Being from the states we recognized the name so on short notice we felt comfortable with the choice.

Hotel was adequate value for money but the shower needs to hand held and more powerful. Liquid soap is not good, should provide bar soap. For the price, would have hoped to have breakfast included. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was snapped in the double room with the frame being held up (or at least trying to be held up) by a roll of blue paper towel and the carpet was dirty. The staff on reception was quick to help us relocate although we didn’t get a double room as booked.
