From the time you step onto the property to the point you check out, it feels like having a private butler 24/7 with you. Exceptional service and beautiful peaceful location”
The facilities and the villas are amazing, but the true standout here is the excellent service. I was here for my honeymoon and when my wife wasn't feeling too well, the staff went above and beyond to help. I am so thankful and grateful to the people at Trisara.

Graceful elegance with impeccable service”
i've stayed at quite a few luxurious resorts around the world, but trisara is in a class if its own. there is a relaxing ambiance to the resort from the moment you arrive. you are surrounded by luxury without showy opulence. the design, the facilities, the privacy if each pool villa - these are all outstanding. the staff have a lovely balance of warmth and courtesy and they appear to have a genuine interest in your comfort. english is generally very well understood. a very minor problem with my room and resort general manager, anthony lark was onto it in a flash. there are so many resorts aroung the world to choose from. my normal style is to change resorts each holiday to sample this diversity. trisara has broken this mould and i will be returning to this haven again and again.

Incredible escape to paradise”
My husband and I travelled on our honeymoon to Trisara and had an incredible time. The rooms are all beautiful with incredible ocean views. Each room/villa has its own infinity pool once again overlooking the ocean and the beautiful grounds. The thai restaurant was absolutely delicious and served all sorts of incredible dishes. The seafood restaurant was somewhat disappointing albeit also good. We also went for 2 different types of massages - walking massage was absolutely fantastic and we both really enjoyed it. The royal trisara was overpriced and definitely not worth it.

Short break in Trisara”
Had a wonderful stay as the resort was not full we were upgraded to a much better villa with an amazing sea view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Was impressed with the standard of the thai food and on par with the Spice Market at the Four Seasons Bangkok. I've stayed at several resorts in Phuket including Banyan Tree and Trisara is my new favourite and plan to come back for couple more long weekends this year.

Fabulous hotel with lovely ocean views ”
A very restful holiday in beautiful surroundings. Rooms are luxurious and have an ocean view and a private pool. Trisara has a lovely aspect as you see the sun set over the ocean. The staff were very friendly, efficient and gentle people. We choose Trisara because we attended a wedding at the resort. A magnificent venue for a wedding! The photos will be sensational. Fantastic food was served at the wedding along with a visit from a baby elephant and fireworks after the wedding! Would certainly consider another trip there.

trisara sets it intentions right from the private transfers in there suv volvos. vehicles have refreshing face towls, mints and bottled water waiting for you in the car and the driver hands you a ipod touch to select your own song for the driver. from that point on, you know you are in for something special. the location and common areas are nothing short of amazing, having drinks overlooking the ocean is a must do. the poolvilla is pretty special and the little touches make it even more amazing. this is the place to stay if you want to feel like you are a rockstar. the staff really take the time too greet and talk to you each time and at times it feels like you have 20 private staff just for you, nothing is too hard. we selected this place to be the end of our honeymoon and we could not of selected a better resort for that. while at dinner on our first night the staff set our villa up with flowers in the bath, swan folder towels and a bottle of real french champenge. each and everyday morning the resort manager makes the effort to talk to all guests for both a general chat and if anything you need. we will be returning for sure.

Fabulous stay with top-notch service”
Property exceeded our expectations. The views are incredible from the villa. What most impressed us was the service and staff. Every request was granted, the staff never said "No", which is unusual in Thailand! Food was fantastic. Plenty of activities but also perfect for a quiet relaxing and luxurious vacation in Phuket. Would definitely go back!

I expected more”
I decided on Trisara after reading the fantastic reviews they had. Everything about the place turned out to be average. The food was very average and we had quite a number of meals in the hotel so I tried the breakfast, international and thai cuisine. Some dishes were good and some were not. But nothing that really stood out. In terms of staff, they were all friendly and I believe they tried. But their command of English was generally poor. They struggled to answer basic questions. I have stayed at various Aman and Four Seasons and perhaps I had the impression that Trisara was in the same league after reading some very favourable reviews. But it is not. For example. The first day I arrived the TV had problems, I called the staff and he said it happens when there is a heavy rain. He was right, the tv connection came back on. But after 20mins, the tv reception went off again. I called the staff to ask as it had stopped raining. He repeated the same explanation and i said but it is not raining anymore. He said something and then hung up. I was left on the other line wondering what had just happened. Also one of the closets in my room was leaking water and when i called to inform the staff, they said they will send a repair man to look at it. 30mins later, no one came and i called them again and they said yes they are aware if there is heavy rain the cupboard leaks and asked if i wanted to change a room. But basically no repair man was coming. Its minor things like that. For the price they charge, i think there are better options.

first class all the way. right from the pick up at the airport - friendly reception, new clean executive vehicle - personal mini-tour around the facilities - beautiful luxurious room - complimentary 90 min massage sessions - very friendly and professional service and staff - great food at very reasonable prices - smooth check out. this hotel is extremely well managed with great systems to ensure guests are very well looked after.

We got upgraded to ocean view pool villa and the size is up by at least 30%+ ! Thanks to the team, our stay has been awesome with a mix of good food and first class service. What amazed us most is the send off service offered by the hotel at the airpot, we are very much well taken of!

Weekend break with friends...”
Stay in pool villa. Accommodation was of the highest quality. We were allowed late check out without the usual issues. Food was excellent. Wine selection was extensive. Service was inpecable and staff very friendly and professional throughout out stay. Brunch on Sunday is a must. Fantastic resort. Cannot recommend highly enough.
