Small hotel with great staff”
This is a smaller hotel that isn't owned by a larger corporation or at least that's the impression I got from it. Seems to be a smaller company or family owned. It was quieter than I expected, hotel staff were consistent with cleaning of the common areas and rooms. It does not have amenities like a pool, gym or even breakfast in the morning if you are a early riser. However the bar and restaurant next door, "The Sailor Bar" has reasonable prices for food to included a German/European style breakfast. Whether you walk down Soi 8 or out the beach road you will find 7-11s which offer snacks, food and drinks 24hrs. There are also laundry services and a small pharmacy down Soi 8 where the hotel is located. Convenient location overall. Unfortunately unless you are on the 4th and 5th floors you will not have a seaside view as the hotel sits between several buildings. For a smaller hotel without certain amenities I was pleases with the room. The only issues I had while staying in the hotel was the AC Unit staying way too cold and difficult to find a happy medium for comfort. I switched rooms once within the first several days because the vent next to the toilet had a strong sewage smell but they quickly addressed the issue without any issues and were very accommodating outside of that. In short if you are a first time visitor to Thailand understand that not every facility is to the same standards as you will see in North America or most European countries. The people are very respectfully and genuinely helpful. I would stay here again.
Good for my purposes ”
We wanted a big room, aircon (was a little noisy),close to the ocean and that is what we got. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. Room cleaned everyday. You are paying for a serviced room and that is what you get. It is not a resort so don't expect too much from the staff, although they were friendly. Only one main receptionist spoke good English.
Great Stay, Will Be Staying Again!”
Great stay, loved the place and will book again for my next visit. The rooms are really spacious (50sqm+) so you don't feel crammed, the purple LED lighting may not be everyone's cup of tea but I loved it. The shower and toilet facilities were great, but if you have a guest over it may get a bit awkward if you have to use the toilet, so I'll be bringing a portable speaker next time to drown out the noise. The location was amazing, only a 1 minute walk to central plaza mall, which has all the food and services you need (banks and TOPs supermarket).

The hotel near beach front and Soi 8 which is quiet location, good parking. It's very clean and the bathroom and internal room amenities are good but I wouldn't recommend. Faults are around friendliness of staff, the aircon is noisy and hard to adjust, the wifi terrible, I didn't have good reception on the bed but in the front of the room it was better. Didn't have a pool either. Not breakfast, no real service. The only time I asked something they didn't speak english and didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. Walked away frustrated. With other options in Pattaya and much lower prices and better service and amenities. Might have been better before but certainly one to avoid.
