The accommodation is clean, and the female staff is very friendly. I can't remember if I left my notebook at the hotel, so I called to ask the male staff who provided excellent service after check-in. He helped inquire with the housekeeping staff twice to see if I left it behind and asked to check the CCTV footage. The staff took the initiative to check the cameras both in the hotel and in the parking lot until he was sure that I hadn't left it here. I would like to express my sincere gratitude. For anyone planning to stay in Nakhon Phanom, there are many hotels, but I recommend staying here, and you will receive exceptional service.

It's very clean, but there's one issue: the room doesn't have soundproofing. All the staff are very nice. I like it. Next time I come here, I will definitely stay again.
- The location is very easy to find, right on the road, and the hotel is clearly visible. - The amenities are very complete, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, hair dryer, and more. Just bring your bags and you can settle in. - There is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel. - The parking area is spacious and plentiful. - The mattress is soft and very comfortable to sleep on, with several pillows. However, in the rooms we stayed in (416, 418), the air conditioner was very loud and didn't feel cold at all. We sweated while trying to sleep. Even after adjusting the temperature lower, it felt the same, not cold at all. We stayed with family and booked 2 rooms, and the air conditioning was not cool in both rooms. Other than that, the service was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, clean room, nice bathroom, really friendly staff they were great, the only thing I think would be nice is some furniture on the balcony so I could sit outside, otherwise a really great hotel for the price point. Other more negative reviews are not in line with my experience, this is a decent hotel for price, I recommend staying here.
