I stayed at room 504 during 16-19 June 22 the room was great more than price that I paid. Room is clean, staffs are so friendly. Next time if i have a chance visit CNX again will stay with R1 for sure Great job ❤️

Stayed One Night in room 315. It's a very big room facing the college. I think I will stay in a smaller room next time. The temperature of a shower is either hot or cold but not warm. The elevator is very dark. Breakfast is very basic but it tasted very good. Had the rice porridge with mushrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a 7-Eleven. Like I said, I'd stay here again

Hotel is for a cheap stay, breakfast ist Thaistyle, but okay. Biggest issue is that the windows cannot be opened. In no room. Therefore it is always musty in the room. Apart from this it is quite okay with a 7/11 right next door.

Budget hotel. Staffs are nice, but sometime operate at slow speed. Place is a bit old, but well maintained. Room is a bit small. Breakfast is ok. Found spider web in my room, but no annoying insect.

Where to start?....Rooms tired and in poor condition, shower either too hot or too cold. First room i had the AC leaked water all over floor, second room power kept going on and off. Maid didn't clean room the first day and let herself in when my wife was still in the shower, this at 9:45 before breakfast was even finished. Breakfast was bad too. Very limited choice of not good food and all cold. Most of it gone by 8:30am. Desk staff are very young but tried to be helpful, but whole experience was a letdown. A poorly managed hotel on a decline to bankruptcy I would think. The sooner the better. I'll never waste my money here again.

1st night in the room at 3rd floor was really bad experience! Refrigerator was broken! Bad smell and dirty. 2nd night after changing the room to 4th floor was better. Overall environment of this hotel are bad honestly. This is my first time to write about negative feedback via Agoda review. Please help this “U Style” to improve!

Staff tried to prevent us from checking in saying we needed permission to travel??? Yet I booked 5 days beforehand not a single mention of this requirement Eventually was allowed to check in after intervention by Agodo Staff were using an angle grinder at 9pm in the evening had to call to complain Reception staff unfriendly and very unwelcoming atmosphere Breakfast was a disgrace no choice cold food uncovered extremely hot in the restaurant This review is totally honest

Nice hotel, lousy reception”
First impressions are important. Regrettably, the first impression of U-Hotel, Sakon Nakhon is poor. On being presented with an Agoda voucher the hotel’s reception the staff went into a private huddle. One then left reception before returning to inform us that they didn’t have a booking in my name for two nights in a Deluxe Double-bed room. Have never encountered this with any previous Agoda booking of a Thai hotels and bearing in mind the problem Patrick L had with the same hotel in October 2011 plus they were very keen to know what I paid Agoda, I was suspicious and had to forcefully demand to see the “Duty Manager”. The upshot was that after about 40 minutes, the most of which the “Duty Manager” seemed to spend on the phone, a Deluxe Double-bed room for the first night and an “ordinary” room (small and windowless) for the second was found. The failure of the relationship between Agoda and the U-Hotel to function effectively came close to ruining what is and will remain to be one of the proudest and most important days in the life of my wife. Like many thousand others, we were in town for her to receive her degree from the Crown Prince. This booking problem is a big shame. Almost all the points, good and bad, reported by other reviewers where experienced. The bad would seem to be easily remedied. The hotel itself is quite pleasant with the staff friendly and, with the exception of those encountered at reception on check-in and at check-out (another 30 minutes), helpful and pro-active. In the main this is a very interesting, small hotel. It needs just a little more effort by the management for it to improve from a 4 point rating to the 7 point its’ location and style deserves, Add in a little imagination and it could easily fit in to the boutique category thus justifying its’ rather high pricing structure relative to other hotels in Sakon Nakhon.

Hotel nearby Sakonnakorn airport”
Room is quite small and not good smell of toilet drain. Small breakfast is provided per the hotel price which is not bad. Good parking lot under the hotel first floor. Hotel location is very near to airort but far from Sakonnakorn downtown.

Clean, Free breakfast, difficult if no car”
Room is clean, comfortable bed, hotel is still ok, not old. Flat screen TV, good cool air con, TV signal not clear everyday, room is quiet. But the wal has no sound proof. One night, next room checked in 2 am, i couldnot sleep..can hear door sound, chair moving, even water bottle moving...

while only staying one night at this hotel it was long enough. good parking with lift access to reception. shown to our room then two minutes later were told it was the wrong room and were moved to another room so we could hear the karaoke in downstairs bar better. no hot water supply to basin, shower was useless, switching from hot to cold every miute or so, remote control for tv was missing and reception told us previous occupant of room had broken it....??? bed was hard as a board, breakfast ? dont bother... Other than that room was large, very nice and spotlessly clean and good value if everything had been as it should be.

Located at the University on the road to Udon, this place offers karaoke and live music, that music will not disturb your sleep after 10:30 though. Appreciated the Asian breakfast. I liked the huge room I checked out 1 day early just because I lost track of time.

locating the hotel wasn't a problem.the hotel is basically very new and clean. checking-in was a problem. the reception couldn't understand a word of english. i was tols to wait 20 minutes for them to make up the room but i thought i have already requested for early check-in. the truth was, there wasn't any reservation by agoda. the voucher i produced was alien to them. i have to direct him to view the website that agoda posted and that was how i knew about this hotel, finally after struggling to make call all over, i guess they managed to confirm that i have a booking and not a fraudster. i called agoda singapore as usual no help only to listen to voice operated services. quite a bad experience.
