Exceptional”

This is a very good hotel. It is a very quiet here and no moskitos🙂 Its nice living away from all the partying and noice. And it is only 3 minutes with motorbike taxi(50 bath)away from walking street and the center of pattaya. When. in Pattaya i will come back and stay at V residence👍

Clean place to stay”

we actually stayed at this hotel many time for a short trip Scuba diving in Pattaya, but only this time that we asked them,in the morning before we went out for diving, for late check out (18.00) and inform the staff that we would be happy to pay extra to take a shower before heading back to Bangkok. But when we had come back to the hotel and checked out. They changed for full price instead of half day... although paying the price, the room were not made.. it was the same condition before we left in the morning... Still I recommend the place but not the late check out.

Good value, new facilities, a bit out of the way, quiet (by Pattaya standards), nice staff”

Everything good, no complaints, booked for two weeks and then added a third so we obviously liked it. We did ask to be moved from the 3rd Road side to the swimming pool side to mitigate the traffic noise - this cut down a lot on the motorbike noise, which was still occasionally annoying, but that comes with the territory in Pattaya. Be aware that it's a fairly long and dark walk to anywhere, so I would recommend having a car or motorbike. The breakfast is the standard western two-fried-egg and toast every day, but at an extra 100 baht per room, it's still a good value. Small but very nice swimming pool that gets sun all day. Nice big bathroom and huge shower with good water pressure and hot water. Guests of ALL types, but well behaved - no drunken louts.

Stay here when visit Pattaya, good size rooms nice clean and simple .. near food and not too far from beach / walking street , not been disappointed in 20+ stays over 5 year period

Value for money”

This hotel is at a good location and not far from Pattaya walking street and beach. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean. The only thing that bothered us was price tags every where Door 10000 baht, bedsheet 1200 baht, pillow 300baht, glass 100 baht. It looks like you are in a furniture store.

Disappointing journey”

I have been staying in this hotel for 6 days in February 2016. Meeting was warm with 1000 deposit taking. Our booking included breakfast. Advantages: 1. Good value quality/price. 2. Hotel has an elevator, that is very rare in Pattaya. 3. Good looking new exterior and interior. Disadvantages: 1. Location. I saw on the map current location and path, that have to be passed every day but the territory around hotel was awful. There was many construction areas around with garbage. 2. Internet. There was no internet in hotel. Wi-fi network was operating but we couldn't use it during all our staying. 3. Breakfast. Every day we got fried eggs with 2 pieces of toasted bread, butter, jam and a glass of orange juice. First two days it was no bad, yet rest of the days eating all the same was boring. 4. Room service. First three days was great. Every day we found new two bottles of water, shampoo, and fresh towels. Next two days shampoo and water was disappeared. And last day face towels was disappeared too. It happend despite leaving tips on bed. Despite named disadvantages we had great and cool vacation in Pattaya and hotel was not so bad at all.

great value”

Large, clean rooms, comfy bed, nice new bathroom. Friendly staff. All this at a great price. The bad: hot water didn't work in my shower, only in the sink, I let the staff know but not much was done and didn't care too much. I think if i pushed them they'd move me to a different room or fix it. The location is a little out of the way but it's only about 15 minutes to walk to walking street, 20 minutes to LK metro. Moto taxi is close by.

Huge bed and very nice staff”

We stayed here because my regular go to hotel was booked solid. I'm glad it was because I've discovered another fantastic place to stay! The staff were very pleasant and even let us keep our bags with them while we travelled on motorbike for 3 days after our stay. Bed was comfortable and very large. Bigger then a standard king size. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again.

Great Hotel New Clean but in a Ghetto area”

Pros- Guest friendly hotel, hotel is less than 5 years old so everything in fairly good condition pool was great. The lobby was a dining area for guests free coffee and microwave. Clean restaurant feel seating. Rooms are spacious clean, new ac was great water in my room was hot not warm which was great, the cable tv was awsome and clear great selction of movie and sport international channels about 130 channels. Great size fridge small balcony with a tap and badin dont know why. Laundry service next door and some place to get a quick snack the usual bbq streetfood things. cons- it is a 4 star hotel in a real shit hole of an area. Ghetto stray dogs about 10 sometimes barking at you as you make the 300 metre walk to the main road so far away from everything but there is always motorbike outside to rip you off to take you to walking street about 60-80baht About 5 mins. Its in a swampy area alot of vacant land so mosquitos breed and constanly biting you. Receptionist doesnt like her job

Brand new hotel”

It was fantastic. We went travel last week and check in around 4 PM. It is absolutely exceed our expectation. The hotel itself is brand new decorated in modern style. Nice lobby area and Free WIFI.

Comfortable”

Clean room , good location if you have bike or car but many shops in walking distance . Staff is good and nice smile . Prefer to need some hunger for closet and dust box in bed room.

Hotel and the room are quite comfortable, clean and have a nice pool. Staff lady receptionist was quite friendly and helpful. Approximately 2 km to walking street. Near street foods and mini mart.

Clean hotel, located a bit out of city”

Nice hotel which is located in a quiet area but facing a busy road so gets a little bit of noise from the traffic if given room is facing the road. Located a bit out of town. Small but nice swimming pool.

Everything except location and pool ”

It's a little confusing to get there , many motorbike drivers can't figure out how to get there , ready your gps , the pool is much smaller than looks on the picture , the room is clean and stall hepfull, but the hotel is overpriced. can get better place bigger , closer to center for less money .

Fantastic hotel .”

Nice hotel. Very fast check-in. The girl on reception is very kind and co-operative. Even watchman was good. Hotel is safe . Location is also good . But the male staff on reception was rude.

Super clean and good location”

Location a little away from the crowded path which is such a plus point for a little quietness after a hectic day but not too far to join the crazy parties. Super clean and spacious place.
