My husband and I stayed 4 days at Vanna Hill Resort. A staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful ocean view. Walking distance to the Crab Market and the beach. The price was really affordable. Will stay again. Thank you!

It was my first time staying here for 2 nights, it was pretty comfortable except we did not have a hot water arrangement in our room. Rest all was excellent. It is very close to the crab market and exactly opposite Veranda EcoResort. Will definitely come back.

Excellent Great Value Experience”
Great experince during my time in Kep. Hotel is walking distance to the Crab Market. Limited staff and services due to Covid but they were all lovely. Pool was great as were the views. Great choice in Kep

Lovely villa right in front of Kep national park”
The villa was nice with mountain views . The staff was sweet and I specially enjoyed the pool. However the shower isn’t working that well all the time.

It's a very good place for those who love nature. I so much enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea and nature, and also the big swimming pool. There is only one concern is about furniture, fixtures and equipment in the room such as Fridge, power plug... They look too old. However, it's not a big concern since the nature makes me forget about it. Love the place.

Nice location, breakfast overpriced”
The location (mountain in the back, seaview in the front) and pool are really nice. The breakfast is overpriced and doesn't offer too much variation. Housing could use some maintenance.

Size of room is a Lie”
I chose this location becaue I wnated a larger sized hotel room. They had it listed as 40 Sq Meters but this is a lie.... The regular hotel rooms (all of them as we looked at several) were no bigger than 27 sq meters. They should be honest. Also had issues with No Wifi and large ants in the room. The staff were nice and swimming pool looked great

The new owner of this resort and his guests smoke from morning until night, by the pool, among the rooms, in the restaurant. If you don't like cigarette smoke, stay as far away from this place as possible. The breakfast is sub-par as well.

no services as advertised”
I understand that there are less guests now, but the hotel did not provide nearly anything they said they did online. There was no ability to order lunch or dinner, no bar service other than the fridge, my room wasn't cleaned daily, and when I brought it up with the staff it seemed (at least the one man who I dealt with) did not care about my complaints and made no effort to make amends for them.

Expected vs Reality”
The price is higher than the others. We choose to book this hotel because of the review. I have some request when we book. We arrived at night but we wait 30 minutes to open the gate( the guy come out wearing a shorts only) that is how they welcome the guest. When we arrived he didn’t ask any booking information and they didn’t know our request. He didn’t ask even our name. He being us to our room. One room is bigger than the other room. Room: having a bad odour,l don’t know where it came from; no free 2 bottle water; no pot if the quest want to have some tea or coffee; the room is so dark even you open the lights; the toilet not clean well. Morning breakfast: no breakfast available only fried noodles if you didn’t ask they didn’t five you the breakfast. No water too at the dining area. Facilities: the swimming pool is so dirty, even the children cannot swim. Its looked like as a fishpond . We pay for the higher price but we didn’t satisfied.

DIY place ”
I won't recommend this to others who needs a relaxing vacation. We arrived there with the front desk giving the key only. We had to find the room on our own,well it took us some time as the place is wide. We had to go down all the way to reception to check where we can park and for them to turn on the electricity as no card included in the key. No internet in that place. It's not relaxing as when we had people nearby the room we can hear them clearly and feel the movements due to the wooden structure of the rooms. The first and the last to stay in that place. Good thing, the pool is wide.
