We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Varivana Resort Koh Phangan. The staff was so nice and friendly (front desk, breakfast section...). Even though we arrived at the hotel quite late on that day, they were waiting for us with a big smile. Moreover, their breakfast was so so impressive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The facilities are amazing, everything is new, modern and minimalist, just look at that infinity pool :). The breakfast is great too. We'd like to thanks Golly for the tour and everything, he was so kind with us. And of course all the staff too. Would definitely recommend Varivana for a Koh Phangan trip

Amazing experience! Definitely one of the best hotels on Koh Phangan. Staff were incredibly accommodating & professional. A shout out to the main bartender (Russian guy) who was showcasing some EPIC music at all times of the day. Infinity pool is a big highlight! Nice complimentary breakfast! Big recommend. I will be back next time.

Just perfect. This hotel was the best we have ever stayed in in Thailand! From our arrival we realized that we had arrived at an amazing place, when they came to pick us up. We were 2 honeymooners. We told them, and they made sure the room had a romantic arrangement of some beautiful things. The hotel is not far from the port, but a short drive to Had Rin. The pool is amazing, and the hotel staff were the best people we met! And the view from the room? No words to describe. The room is clean and there is an amazing balcony. There is also an amazing and professional spa, its price a little more expensive than the usual institutes but it is so professional worth every bout we paid. I would stay there every day if I could. highly recommend! And of course we will come back again. פשוט מושלם. המלון הזה היה הכי טוב שהיינו בו בכל תאילנד! כבר מההגעה הבנו שהגענו למקום מדהים, כשבאו לאסוף אותנו. היינו 2 זוגות בירח דבש. אמרנו להם, והם דאגו שבחדר יהיה סידור רומנטי של כמה דברים יפהפיים. המלון נמצא לא רחוק מהנמל, אבל במרחק נסיעה קצרה להאד רין. הבריכה מדהימה, והצוות של המלון היו האנשים הכי טובים שפגשנו! והנוף מהחדר? אין מילים כדי לתאר. החדר נקי ויש מרפסת מדהימה. יש גם ספא מדהים ומקצועי, המחיר שלו טיפה יותר יקר מהמכונים הרגילים אבל הוא כל כך מקצועי ששווה כל באט ששילמנו. הייתי נשאר לגור שם כל יום אם הייתי יכול. ממליץ בחום! וכמובן שנחזור שוב.

Peaceful modern accommodation”

He hotel is a couple kilometers away from downtown, but a couple of small thai restaurants and other shopping facilities nearby. The resort is near a hospital. The staff is very friendly and anxious fulfill the customer wishes. I enjoyed the nature and silence. They have an infinity pool with a unique view over the island. Highly recommend this hotel!

Few things to upgrade”

As hotel is new there are some small gimmicks available\improvements needed. 1) Bathroom mirror lightning is so poor it is almost impossible to shave in front of that 2) When going in shower water sometimes does not go away as quick as required and all floor is in water.. so you just have to stop shower to stop water from going out from bathroom in main room. 3) There are bicycles available for free to use which is a good thing however normal bikes are only 2. If someone already uses 1 or even 2 of them there is basically no option to ride by bicycle. 4) Pool is very nice. Hard to find such nice and long pool on island however beds in water is not a good idea. For example, i swim for 10 minutes and want lie down for a second in sun. My feet are in water all the time, i put them up on bed and still they are wet and bed becomes wet. Maybe somehow this can be improved. Those are only improvement ideas but to summarize hotel was very nice, staff was great, breakfast was good, location ok.

Service and staffs are exceptional. Amazing pool and sunset views. Bathtub in Sky Suite room is nice. The resort has unique design and cool. I really like it. This is the perfect place for holiday.

As soon as you pull up to reception the building looks stunning and the scenery is beautiful, reception are very welcoming and friendly and the view is great. Rooms are spacious and cosy with lots of facilities. The rooftop pool is out of this world capturing the most amazing sunsets with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Carol, the lady that works in the bar is one of the nicest and sweetest people i have ever met always going the extra mile with exceptional customer service always smiling and friendly. Would 100% recommend to stay here! I’ve now stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back!

Helpful staff”

This is a very nice resort, with really friendly and helpful staff. They took really good care of me. It is far from the beach, so you need a motorbike, but the view from the rooftop swimming pool makes up for that!

OUTSTANDING; best service in Thailand”

The team went above and beyond to help: again and again. I was stranded on the highway by a rogue taxi driver who was trying to scam me for money. I got in touch with the hotel (this is before Agoda finished processing my order, that means that before even sent my booking through), and the GM came in her car to pick me up from the side of the highway. WOW what wonderful service.
