Spent two nights there because I needed a covid hotel. I would return to enjoy a bit of comfort and luxury.

Awesome hotel with some bad behaviour staff”

The hotel location is really awesome. The location is near to khao san road. Cleanliness is superb. All the room facilities are really nice. The food I ordered from their kitchen was average. But the staff sitting at night was really bad behaviour. Day staff were nice. Night staff was really not talking to me nicely and when I asked about the check out time he was so rude and was saying you can't be late not even 5 minutes otherwise will have to pay the half day charges. Don't remember his name.

Initially wanted to book their other hotel but book wrongly due to name confusion but this hotel is even better located the chillax resort. Those who like to party, Khao San road is just 5min walk away and the hotel is nicely situated that it won’t bother your sleep if you don’t intend to party. Staff are awesome and very friendly and helpful. Premier room equip with nice spa tub too.

Good price for what you get. Walking distance to the temples and Khoasan Road. Room was nice, but fairly small.

Great hotel and location”

This hotel is ideal for those who are on a budget but won’t compromise the comfort and safety. Bed was comfortable and so was shower and hotel amenities. Ac was nice and cold but only issue was the amount of noise it made. Hotel staff was very friendly and we felt safe as well. Would recommend.

Pool and Restaurant were closed when I went. A little disappointing.

rooms are dark and mostly covered with plastic foil because of SHA extra plus demands. nice building and rooftop with pool. rooms are well equipped. like almost every place now very quiet because of the pandemic. better for couples or friends. khaosan road is just the next street.

Very great location and cozy facilities”

Only five minutes away from Khaosan road by walk, but so a quiet place to stay. Good access to historical places like temples and museum by walk. Close to river so that I can use a small perry to get to Wat Arun easily. Convenience store is just a couple of steps away from the hotel. Kind staff, clean room and shower facilities. Satisfied with reasonable price and highly recommended.

Very good location for Sightseeing ”

Conveniently located in backpacker area of Bangkok, walking distance to many Wats, restaurants and bars and of course khao san road for partying. Buses or boats connect to downtown. Hotel is clean, well equipped, rooms are nice, pool is absolutelly usable for a quick refresher, even with view to king palace.

Nice place near Khaosan rd”

Clean, good A/C, very close to Khaosan rd. Pool is on roof, they close it during thunder storms with good reason-lightning could kill you :-) Like all of Thailand staff is friendly, polite and full of smiles.

the reception team is very hospitable and tries to compensate for the manager's mistakes. the pool has extremely dirty edges all around. the escalator, especially the keyboard and the walls are very dirty. poor cleaning in the rooms.

Too much car noise for me”

I booked my PCR arrival day here. Pickup from Airport, Test, and negative result. So all of that was fine. Too much car noise for me. All night long. They didnt inform me about the test result. After long day of nervously hoping to be negative I called them and asked and only then I got the info that all is fine and I can leave. That was around 9 pm. Maybe they just got the result as well, I dont know. It was also the most cold and distanced Check-in I ever experienced. Maybe due to PCR test thing.. Otherwise the communication with Staff was good and helpful. They helped me with the day 5 test as well because I couldnt upload it on the mobile app

Comfortable. OK to spend the 8-hour wait until PCR results arrive. Food is somewhat scarce and there are not options. Staff treatment is not as personal as in other hotels in Thailand, but it is OK.
