Five star service and facilities in the heart of Pratunam ”
The hotel is only a five minute walk from the Indra Square and night markets. The hotel was very nice although it looked a bit smaller. Still the room was comfy and had enough space. The hotel has so many great free facilities like the buggy service. They take you on a buggy to main points for shopping/eating/train. You can simply call the hotel once you reach these points and they send a buggy without any delay or charge. Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. This one guy, called Phan, went out of his way to help us with the airport rail link details. He went online and got all the information and even prepared an itinerary for us so we don't miss our flight. The hotel has free packaging facilities too. You can pack all your shopped items in cardboard boxes and tape them and even weigh them for free of charge. The buffet was phenomenal. Western food, Thai food and everything else any traveller would need was available. And the menu changed a hit every day. They have dessert stations, salad stations, mains, appetizers, juices etc and the food is very nice. Took only a minute to checkout. They even upgraded us to a better room for free. Overall, I'd love to stay here again. I've seen the other hotels around here and they are not that good. This is in the heart of Pratunam but away from the chaos.

Exceptional”
I don't really want to write this review because it may impact on my chance of staying here again. That is not a bad comment, it's a selfish comment because this is one good hotel. At first it would appear to be a bit out of the way but when you get your bearings, it's in a good spot but not right in the thick of it. The Vince Hotel is clean. The staff are good and very helpful. The food is way above average for Bangkok with more choice than you'd need. The rooms seem to be split into two halves, one half more modern than the other which is more traditional ( ? ). We prefer to stop in the more modern side which is the deluxe rooms, the superior rooms being the more traditional. We have stayed here a few times now and we will use this hotel every time we are in Bangkok because it represents good value for money.

Such a great hotel ”
Went there with my parents and brother, stayed at the deluxe room and also the family room. Both are amazing room, room was big and clean. Breakfast was excellent, they are so many options from toast bread, salads, heavy food, sweets and fruits. All the hotel staffs is very nice, helpful. Is only one bad experience that we had, it is the TRAVEL AGENT inside the hotel in the corner, we went for floating market tour, the tour seller told me i will going to the floating market and train market, she show me the photo of floating market which is the one that I want to go. And we have a deal, everything was good until we arrived in the suburb near the floating market, and the driver said we have arrived and i dont think is the one that i meant with the tour seller. I asked for the that i meant like in the picture one, the driver said oh sorry i can’t go there, i just can bring you here not the one in the pics. I’m complain, and call the tour seller, the seller just said “oh if you wanna go the one in the pic, you have to pay the driver 2000 baht because is not the taxi area, and i keep complain and very upset, the seller said again i just give you a car, and is not my problem, everyone is going to the same place in my tour she said. The place that we went is only offer boat riding with the price 1500 baht pp per hour, there is no floating market at all, we have to take the boat. The one that i want to is the real floating market with crowded boat and options to take the boat or no. The driver also got the tips if we deal with boat riding. Thats why they not bring us to the real floating market. Very disappointed and upset with the tour, no recommended at all, maybe the hotel have to consider to recommend that kind of tour travel.

Good Choice”
It wasn't my first choice in terms of location etc. But it was enough to satisfy my needs. They provided free 24-hour shuttle services to several fixed locations that are nearby (Not until the destination, but almost). The room was clean and nothing lacking functional-wise. Staff were friendly and spoke mandarin chinese, they could speak English too, no problem with communication and politeness. There was a good variety for breakfast, not the best, but good enough. Overall, it was a good stay.

Worth of your every dollar”
Good location , Lovely and clean room Choose the family room and i tell u it's so worth of my every dollar paid, arrive hotel at 4pm+- however room is not ready until 30mins later .. receptionist offer us fruits (while waiting at the lobby) and late check out with no extra charges.... Wide variety of breakfast and good ambiance at the breakfast cafe.. I have to say this is the most lovely hotel I've stay after so many times of visiting Bangkok, will definitely comeback staying with Vince again..

Modern hotel, clean and smells good anywhere inside hotel. Location is good not in the main highway (taxi and toktok are available anytime) Breakfast is buffet and good almost complete though choices were the same everyday for the last 6 days. Nathan Manager was very accommodating and can speak english. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Special mention to hotel Manager Nathan who can speak english. Overall excellent! will stay here if i come back to Bangkok!

Location was a mere 5 minutes walk to main road, 15 minutes walk to Platinum Mall. Easily located by GRAB drivers, booked a room for 3, 3 super single beds, with enough room for 4 pieces of luggages. Interior decor was unique, mine was with shower area. Missed out in exploring the swimming pool (not enough time, even tho we did 4D3N) International breakfast, kids loved the cream sauce pasta, i loved the creamy scrambled eggs. Buggy ride provided to and back from next alley of massages, staffs are always ready with a smile to serve. Already looking into booking our next return trip. Vince is one of the more newly renovated hotels around Pratunam area. Hotel guests are a good mixed from Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, China.

I booked a family room for 4 via Agoda and planned to stay on 4-6 July, with the terms of no choice for cancellation or modification of accommodation schedule. But an emergency came out and I needed to reschedule the trip to Bangkok, to 5-7 July. Agoda tried to modify the schedule on our behalf but it did not succeed. I was panicking because time was not on my side and we had to plan ahead (money was not really an issue and I was willing to pay if the modification would result in extra charges). I wrote directly to the hotel staff, and they approved our requested modifications with ease. It is a big "thank you!" to the Vince hotel staff in charge, and a strong reminder to Agoda to do a better job in the future.

The room is clean, staff serves with smile and manner, location near to pratunam market easy to reach the place, breakfast delisious, more 30 dishes choosing, muslim food, no muslim food, vegetarian, desert, and healty food. The hotel serves with auotmated sales machine. The hotel stuff send customer to nearby 7-11 by pungy car. Very good. Highly recommended.

Vince Hotel Visit ”
The staff are friendly and we were pleasantly surprised that simple snacks (popcorn, bjscuits) are available at the common area. The room is clean and spacious. Pool is small but still nice to chill out. Nearest BTS station is about 10 min walk, not so convenient but bearable. Just a short walk will get to Pratunum. Breakfast is fabulous too.

A very good service hotel. All staffs are friendly, helpful. Beautiful room. As well as have a free buggy car to bring us to few stops, mrt too. Plus there is a traditional costume wear to have a family photo.. lovely pics taken by the 2 pretty staff ladies (do not know their name) . Thanks for the free buggy ride yesterday to bring us to the nearest mrt (phaya thai) on our mrt trip to the airport back to Singapore. Nice service, highly recomended . For sure will come again this hotel for our next trip.

We had a really enjoyable stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bedroom slippers, toiletries and bath robes were provided. Downside is that the walls of the rooms are thin and we can hear the neighbour or people walking along the corridor. Location of hotel is very good. Hotel also provides 24hour golf cart service to several nearby locations. We used this service to go to Soi 15 for massage. After the massage which ended past midnight, we contacted the Hotel and it arrived in less than 5 mins to pick us up. They are super efficient. The breakfast is fantastic with good variety. They had western and chinese breakfast selection. There is also a small muslim and even a vegetarian section. They provided a wide variety of breads like danish, croissants, baguettes, muffins and waffles. This hotel is value for money. Will definitely stay there again!!

There have another free service is a MUST TRY THINGS which is dress you up with Thailand Traditional clothes and jewelry includes photo taking (make up done by your own). Great hotel with amazing staff ”
This hotel is located in between alleys but it is very safe to walk. It's roughly a five mins walk to bts. And within 20 mins walk to malls. On top of all, the hotel does provide free photoshoot with Thai traditional clothes and send the photo foc! Kik and Ploy served us well and helps to make the photoshoot fun! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean. Pros - Surprised that some of the front desk staff are able to converse in Mandarin. Cons - even though the toilet has a dustbin but there was no plastic placed. Will love to visit the hotel again !
