The service was very thoughtful, and the 24-hour shuttle service was excellent. The driver on the night shift was enthusiastic and provided proactive service. It was the best smile I have seen in Thailand. The breakfast was fresh, abundant, and delicious. We stayed for two days and the menu changed every day, and the service staff was sufficient. The hotel also provided many thoughtful services, such as Thai clothing experience (reservation required in advance), welcome drinks, and popcorn. The location is great, with easy access to the Watergate Market, Central World, and BigC by walking or taking a car.

I recently stayed at Vince Hotel for four nights with two friends, and overall, we had a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming. Our room was well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Another highlight was the hotel buggy, which was a great convenience, dropping us off at locations closer to the main areas, making it easy to explore. However, the one significant issue we encountered was with the tour information desk, which was manned by a middle-aged lady. She was the only person who attended to us, and the experience left much to be desired. We purchased a package that included the Train Market, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Safari, and Wat Arun Temple. While the Train Market was a great experience, the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market completely soured our impression of how some people treat tourists. At the floating market, we were quoted an exorbitant price of 3000 Thai Baht for a boat ride for the three of us. When we attempted to negotiate, the lady became aggressive and hostile, calling over others who joined in to berate us. Another group suggested combining the ride to share costs, but the staff immediately began shouting at us and interrupting our conversation. We also noticed that other boats were fully packed with more than three people, indicating that groups were indeed allowed to combine rides. The entire encounter made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, the taxi driver arranged by the tour desk was part of this unpleasant experience, pressuring us to pay 2000 Baht, and her attitude soured even further when we declined. Due to heavy rain, the remaining part of our tour to the Safari and Wat Arun Temple was cancelled, but the driver’s displeasure was evident. Upon returning to the hotel, we requested a partial refund from the lady at the tour desk, as the driver did not complete the services. She refused, claiming it was not possible because the driver needed money to buy food for her daughter, which felt like an attempt to guilt-trip us. Eventually, instead of offering any form of compensation, she reluctantly agreed to arrange an airport transfer. Despite this unfortunate incident, Vince Hotel itself was a pleasant place to stay, with excellent service, great facilities, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel buggy was also a great feature. Our family had 2 rooms at the Vince Hotel for 6 nights (a 3 person room in the new tower and 2 person room in the classic tower). We were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight and had incredible variety with a lot of the dishes changing each day; we also heavily utilised the buggy service which drops you off and picks you up at 5 points nearby the hotel. From one of the drop off points, it is about 8mins flat walk to the nearest BTS station, Ratchathewi, where you can also connect to the MRT and Airport Line. The staff were also pleasant and booked us a van to take us back to the airport on the day we departed. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious enough. The shower water pressure was great and the toilets worked fine. I will comment about 2 issues with our stay: 1) the initial room we checked into had a faulty air conditioning unit but they moved us to a different room straight away, with a functioning A/C - thank you. 2) (noting this is not the hotel's fault at all) in the classic tower, we could hear our neighbours through the walls and unfortunately these neighbours were loud, but thankfully they stopped yelling at each other once they went to sleep; I'm sure you could make a noise complaint if it persisted. If you have quiet neighbours, I don't think noise should be an issue. All in all, we would definitely recommend Vince Hotel to any travellers to Bangkok!

Stayed 3 nights in this boutique hotel. Tip top service,nice pool and complimentary trying on of Thai traditional costumes (best to book early due to tight schedule). Situated close to Pratunam and fav shopping places like Pratunam Mall, Tofuskin,100 baht Thai store,big 7-11 and plenty of massage places. Pros: -friendly service staff,knowledgeable and patient -nice interior and exterior -nice smelling and super clean -nearby massage area,7-11, malls and laundromat Con: (just 1) As a muslim traveller,even though halal food is catered for in the hotel during breakfast,the utensils were not separated from the non-halal section and we were not sure whether food handling of halal food are separated from non-halal food. For muslim travellers who are nor very particular,it’s up to your discretion otherwise it is situated closely to halal street food and malls. Overall,a great stay and commendable for its service,accessibility and cleanliness.
