It is not allowed to bring into the apartment weapons, toxic drugs, explosives, narcotic substances; You are responsible to the law if the violation. 3. Please do not cook (absolutely not bake oven in the apartment), party and noise more than 22h affect the apartment next door. 4. You do not arbitrarily move assets. In case of loss or damage to property, 100% of the remaining value of the property must be compensated. 5. Please stay in the right number of people have registered; In cases of Vi's Luxury Apartment, there are more people asking you to pay a surcharge of 200,000 VND / person / day; 6. Please check out from 06h to 12h and check in from 14h - 22h. In case you pay or check in sooner or later, you will be charged as follows: - Check-in from 6am to 9am: 50% room charge; - Check-in from 9 am to 12 pm: 30% room charge; - Guests are over 12 noon - 15 noon: 30% room charge; - Guests are over 15pm - 18pm: 50% room charge 7. Before check out, please clean the room, clean utensils used clean; Switch off the circuit breaker and water system to avoid wastage.     “Great apartment!”

    Beautiful apartment, very clean, good cooking facilities. Internet and Netflix, which was great as there was a storm during our stay! This also meant that the pool was closed due to the weather but it looked lovely! Loads of shops, massage, hair salons in the building complex and good restaurants.

    “가족과 같이 보내기에 좋습니다”

    6인 이상이거나 2가족 이상의 대가족이 이용하기에 정말 편리합니다. 음식 만들어 먹기도 편하고 고급아파트라 위생과 보안이 좋습니다. 다만 시내 관광지와는 좀 떨어져 있는 위치이지만 grap이용해서 30분 이내에 모두 도착할 수 있는 위치입니다. 아파트 바로 옆 건물에 수영장이 있어서 아이들 물놀이 시키기도 편합니다
