Anyway, it's new and beautiful! Every part of the hotel is lovely. You can borrow a float at the pool, and there are bench tables by the pool, as well as changing rooms. They also provided a basket bag and bath towel in the room for going to the pool. It's comfortable. I was worried since there wasn't any information about amenities, but they have everything (shampoo, treatment, body wash, facial wash, cleansing, lotion, emulsion). As for the hairdryer, it's a powerful Panasonic ion dryer! I was really happy about this, as I have thick hair. Additionally, they provided fresh towels every day without me having to request them. There was also a Balmuda kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, and Bluetooth speaker. Besides slippers, there were Crocs as well. All the rooms on the first floor come with pools, while the second floor has balconies. Either way, I think the ocean view is fantastic. However, since there are no fences on the first floor, someone could easily enter the room if the sliding window's lock is open, which makes me a bit scared. So, I thought it was good to have a room on the second floor.

The price was reasonable, and the room was very spacious and clean. The ocean view that spread out as soon as you walked in was a wonderful surprise. The refrigerator was larger and cooled well, which helped us during our trip. There have been times in more expensive hotels where the refrigerator didn't cool properly. Also, having a washing machine was great because we could wash our things right after swimming in the sea! One improvement would be having a full-length mirror, and while I understand that there’s no cleaning for consecutive nights, I would have appreciated if they at least checked and took out the sanitary garbage. This might be unavoidable, but both my partner and I felt that the sheets seemed a bit damp, probably due to being close to the sea... We prefer a dry and fluffy bed, so it would be great if they could improve this, even with a bedding dryer.
It's that time of year again for our annual trip to Ishigaki Island, and this was the best hotel we've stayed at so far! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing. During the day, we could see the sparkling sea, and at night, the beautiful starry sky. The breakfast had a wide variety, and everything was extremely delicious. The staff were all kind and friendly. We used to change hotels every time we visited, but it seems like this one will be our regular choice from now on!

I stayed for the first night of a three-night stay in Ishigaki Island. There is no bus from the airport, so it took about 30 minutes by taxi to arrive. The staff member who helped carry my luggage from the taxi trunk was pleasant, but the check-in staff had no smile, and after completing the check-in procedures, while heading to my room... the story gets long, so let me get to the main points first: <Good Points> 1: The facilities are new, and the washing machine and other amenities are impressive, allowing for a comfortable stay. 2: Breakfast has a lot of vegetables, and the quality and atmosphere of the dining area are great. 3: You can borrow rental bicycles (not reservable) for free for two hours (electric ones are chargeable) ← If you head north towards Fusaki, there are restaurants and nice photo spots. 4: Some rooms come with a pool, which is very helpful for those with small children. 5: Some rooms have a view of Taketomi Island. 6: The room layout is spacious and comfortable. <Points for Improvement or Caution> 1: There is a significant variance in staff responses, so whether you feel hospitality may depend on luck?! 2: You cannot directly access the sea or beach from within the premises. 3: For those who are not fond of insects, there may be geckos around during the summer, which could be challenging. 4: If you do not have a rental car, dinner places are limited (you might be okay going to the hotel restaurant, but some nearby cafes may be closed due to staffing shortages). By the way, returning to the content before the main points, On the way to my room, the staff member who checked me in suddenly appeared at the front desk and asked, "Are you heading to your room now?" When I confirmed, he said, "Your room has not been cleaned yet, so you cannot enter." When I asked, "When can I enter the room?" he replied, "I cannot provide a definite time yet." For the time being, I moved to a place where I could have a welcome drink, and when I explained the situation to another staff member, he said, "I'll check, so could you please wait a moment?" While waiting, a male staff member came and gave a proper explanation of when I could enter the room, and then he guided me to my room, which felt sincere. Shortly afterward, the general manager also came to greet me personally and was very pleasant; it was at that moment that I felt good about choosing this hotel. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice view, making it comfortable. After that, I went out with the rental bicycle and enjoyed a wonderful time watching the sunset around Fusaki Beach. Since it is a new facility, there were moments when the staff's responses felt lacking compared to established hotels, but the cleaning staff was cheerful, showing there are good aspects too. It is a facility I can recommend to someone, but if they could improve the quality of service, I think they would differentiate themselves from others and become very good.
