"This is the second time for me. I stayed with my sister for 2 weeks for vacation recently again because I was satisfied last vacation there. Price is reasonable and staffs at the front are very kind. They are always trying to help us with smile, I remember Dean(fluent Korean), Dave and Branden. Some staffs can speak Korean, so it makes me more comfortable. Room was clean and they cleaned room everyday and provided enough towels. Location is near the Waikiki beach, so it was good for shopping and eating. I will visit next year again. "

"Average hotel; dated but clean and well equipped (mostly). The kitchen was good for us but we wish there was a kettle rather than just a coffee filter. The room was pretty comfortable though the bed was small. Waikiki is so noisy even on tenth floor you can still hear tbe constant noise of aircon machines and police/ambulance sirens. The staff were nice and let us check in at 1030am and changed our room straight away when the first one had a strange and horrible smell. They weren't that helpful with booking airport shuttle as told us 430am was too early and we would need to take a taxi - if this is you just call Roberts free from the room and you can pay cash on pickup at any time of night. Overall the hotel was quite nice but we won't be returning to Waikiki."

"The price on Agoda was below most hotels in Waikiki. Since my review three years ago, this property has made a good comeback. Clean large studio, high floor that had no traffic noise, staff was friendly, and is convenient location. The one area of the hotel I found poor was the dive bar downstairs. Did not have Bud Light, only Miller light, and two other beers I never heard of. The bar has this low end appeal to it that attracks lower class clients. I would fire everyone and have them take a drug test. "

"The location and facilities of Halekulani Hotel are fantastic, but it is the staff that really make this hotel stand out. They genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much bother for them. Very different from other upmarket US hotels where the service is good but with fake smiles and the same routine questions and responses. I loved the small gift that housekeeping presented to me each evening with their turndown service, and the complimentary icecreams and fresh fruit at the pool were delicious. A lot of thought has gone into giving guests a wonderful holiday experience and making everyone fell special and it makes the Halekulani a peaceful haven in the bustle of Waikiki. "

"I stayed in this hostel for 5 nights. For me it was okay. If socialising is important then it's fantastic. Location wise it's great but there's a few hostels along this particular road. If you are just looking for a place to crash you can find others that would be cheaper. Overall, close to the beach and central-ish for Waikiki. I stayed in a small dorm which I think was mixed but our dorm also led to another private room with 1 shared bath. There was also an issue with keeping track of who checked in and out."
