A great place to stay, the staff are all lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable with hot showers, the garden is very colourful and well maintained, an added bonus is that the food if delicious and the bar area very cosy! They have mopeds for rent too, and were very helpful with any questions we had, would recommend 100%

Perfect stay in paradise ”
Wooden Hut was such a lovely chill base for our trip to Koh Kood. It’s really close to Khlong Hin and Bang Bao beaches, and they rent out scooters to help you get around and explore. The bar and restaurant area is a lovely place to hang out and the rooms are clean, basic and have a private hammock and balcony. We’ll be back!

We had the an awesome stay at Wooden Hut. Everything was seamless. Tallay and Lay were the most amazing hosts nothing was too much trouble. They go above and beyond for their guests. The food was incredible, the ambience perfect. If you want somewhere to totally relax, feel looked after and de-stress we highly recommend Wooden Hut.

Lovely place, amazing host, exceptional service”
We had a great time. This hotel is a project done with passion. The Thai owner speaks good English and is happy to help you with anything related to your journey. The bungalows are not close to the beach, so you should be comfortable with riding a scooter that you can rent on site or pay for a driver. All prices are fair. The restaurant prepares delicious food and vegan/vegetarian options for Thai dishes are available on demand. We will come back!

This little jungle hideaway is the perfect place to stay in Koh Kood. The owner and the staff are the most welcoming and friendly people you will meet and make the stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this to any one traveling there, who wants a true jungle experience.

The bungalows are located in a beautiful garden right next to the jungle. Even we are used to friendly hosts in Thailand, these two guys are extraordinary nice. The food is good as well and served in a cozy and quite special area.

Quiet and good place to stay”
The huts are not that big, but we'll equipped with warm water shower. Towels which you are allowed to use on the beach and a scooter is available for rent against a good price. Food and cocktails are delicious. One of the best beaches of Koh Kood is within walking distance. I will go here again next time we visit the island.

I love everything about this place. The room was spacious, with balcony and all. The food was absolutely amazing. The location, well that's a bit tricky because it's like 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, but then I learnt soon enough that everything in Koh Kood is kind of spreading out and remote from one another anyway, so that's not a problem at all. Then the best part is P'La and P'Thalay, the owners of this place. Knowing I was there by myself without a sufficient capability to ride a motorbike, they told me to hop on to the back of the bike and send me off to the most beautiful locations not too far off. The best sunsets I've seen in a long while :) This place is the best. 10/10 would recommend.

Really nice place to stay and enjoy the nature of Koh Kood, especially if you are on a budget. Just a short distance away from a very nice beach. The food there is fantastic too! A big thank you the lovely hosts Thalay and Pilai, who made the stay perfect!

Absolutely wonderful place where to stay. Amazing atmosphere thanks to the owners. Very very clean. I had hut close to the little river....perfect! Wifi works really good wherever you are. Food delicious. Perfect scooter rented. I really have fallen in love with this place and with the owners.....absolutely friendly, nice and helpful people. I will go back again for sure. Go there and you won't regret it!!!!

Wooden Hut is the perfect place to stay on Koh Kood”
This place was amazing, it has great atmosphere, helpful staff and delicious meals. Huts are clean and comfy. From this place you can hit all interesting places on the island in 20-30 minutes. They are offering motorbikes rental. Highly recommended.

If you want some privacy - try another place”
Clean and well-kept basic bungalows. Good location - quiet beaches in walking distance. Decent cafe, good staff. BUT all fan bungalows are in fact communal! It is not clear from pictures and property description on Agoda. You share a terrace and a very thin wall with your neighbours. If they smoke - they smoke on your terrace. If they speak - you can hear every single word and sound from their room and toilet. So if you need some privacy - try another place.

We had a very pleasant week there. The place has a very nice relaxed vibe, beautiful beaches, places anything you could need is easily accessible. The room is as described, cosy as possible, the staff is caring, they make sure you get what you need. They also cook excellent dinner and breakfast. I wish i had more time there.
