5-Star Service, 4.8-Star Facilities”

First time ever going to Macau and rent a 5 star Hotel. We gawked looking at either the exterior and interior of this hotel. Truly amazing and wonderful experience. Ordered the fountain King Suite, we had excellent stay, the staffs all are surprisingly very handsome and very beautiful. They also helped us all a lot, especially when we want to take skycab for free because we are indeed hotel guest. The concierge (male) also very informative when we asked for Macau tourist map, with fluent english telling us all the details and guidance. They were over the top friendly, even the maid/roomkeeper greeted us in hallways. In terms of service, 5 star, top notch. Amazing. In terms of facilities, indeed it has bath tub, huge TVs, self iron service, and all the amazing stuff that you ever imagine, even free body lotion etc, BUT I've been to another 4 Star Inter City Hotel in South Korea that has a Washing Machine and Gas Stove inside the rooms. I know that in 5 star hotel, there is a hotel laundry service and luxury restaurant, but Wynn Palace did offer self iron in every guest room which means, if you wanna iron your shirt you can do it your own right? So, why we can't do the same with laundry machine and gas stove? I mean another 4 star hotel in South Korea have them. So, In terms of facilities, Wynn Palace is amazing but could have been better But overall I do really really recommend Wynn Palace as a hotel of your choice while visiting Macau Because Good Service can beat any lack of room facilities in a bat of the eye.

Best hotel ever”

I’ve been to several hotels in cotai area but this is the best experience ever. The staff who helped us check in (I think her name is fancy) gave us a lot of useful info for our Macau stay, and guided us to the elevator. This may be small for a lot of ppl but first impression with the hotel is in fact very important (especially other hotels didn’t offer this, maybe cos I went to Macau on sat before and they were busy). For the hotel room, it is really spacious and I like how they are now using tablet for controlling lights tv and curtains etc. Bed is comfortable too. One compliment for the housekeeper - she is so considerate that she put an eyeglasses cloth next to my glasses. (This may not be really necessary but I felt I was being looked after). Although it is expensive, this hotel is totally top notch and worth the premium room price. I will most likely stay at Wynn palace again for my next visit to Macau.

Don't think twice”

This was the second time we stayed at Wynn Palace and I can guarantee that the staff always go above and beyond the expectations. I would like to commend the housekeeping team ( thanks, Longxia!), the reservation/reception team and the Fontana team (special mention to May who made our breakfast experience extra special ). The staff at Wynn Palace are always very courteous and all-smiles with ready-to-do attitude. I visited quite a few hotels during my stays in Macau and elsewhere in the world and I have not seen any other hotel whose staff are as remarkable as Wynn Palace's. I started the review with praising the hotel staff -they really set the bar quite high. Our room was upgraded to the executive suite by the kind (and cute!) lady at the reservation desk. It was a big room for two, with your very own sofa! Imagine, we decided to cancel some side-trips just so we can fully enjoy the luxuriously designed room! You will never regret booking this hotel. It was that exceptional!

It is worth every penny!”

This is the third time I checked in to Wynn Palace in two years. I guess that's enough of a statement on the quality of this resort. The staff members are wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are seriously specious that you would think you got a free upgrade. Outstanding dining options are available in the property. The resort is located at the edge of the Cotai casino resort area, so it might feel a bit isolated to stay there. But no, other major Cotai casino resorts are within 20 minutes walking distance. Wynn Palace also provides shuttle bus services to major ports and city centre of Macau peninsula. Alright, enough of the praising. Just check in and check it out yourself!

Worth it”

You can't go wrong with Wynn Palace. From the moment you step in until you leave, you can feel that everything about this hotel exudes elegance. Checking in should have been a breeze but the room was not yet ready by 3 pm so we were asked to come back 20-30 minutes past 3:00. We were able to negotiate late check-in to compensate for this and we were allowed to leave by 12:30 -not bad at all. My only difficulty was that majority of the staff do not speak English quite well and the lovely lady who helped us with our luggage and who brought us to the concierge table was being shooed away by the concierge -talk about rude. They talked in local language and although I did not understand anything, I am certain the man manning the concierge table was not happy we were brought to him instead of bringing us to the reception. My mom and I stayed at the king suite and I can assure you that this hotel knows how to please their guests. The room has more than enough space and they have exceptional choice of bathroom amenities. Since no bath salts were provided, I called the operator and they happily provided bath tablets. They have the softest slippers that match the level of comfort their beds provide! The Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth Audio System is a wonderful addition to the room since if you do not speak and understand local language, you probably would not enjoy the limited number of TV channels. I was trying to connect my mobile to the TV so I could watch movies but to no avail. We had breakfast at the hotel as well and the food was great! They have variety of choices so I am sure you would be able to find something that will fill you up. Unfortunately, they were fixing the fountain that time so we did not see the spectacle in the morning. After leaving for Hong Kong, we have decided to book again and go back to Macau for this hotel but they were fully booked already. I am certain to be back here when I go to Macau. PS. Perfect and memorable experience ”

I have stayed in Wynn palace for 2 nights to celebrate my baby twins birthday. We are amazed by the impeccable hospitality of the hotel. They prepared two interconnecting rooms for us and baby stuffs for my twins, including the cribs, baby bath tubs, sterilizer, baby shower kits, and birthday cake! They even made birthday decoration at room. It is the best ever hotel service I have experienced in Macau. The breakfast is terrific as well with abundant choice of bakery and pastry. The fountain performance at night was wonderful. And the pool is lovely. If you visit Macau with kids, you must stay in Wynn palace!

The Wynn Palace offered a fantastic suite! The choice of pillows, the excellent coffee machine, the amenities and the view of the room were 5 stars for sure! The staff were all extremely helpful and helped us with directions as the hotel/casino is very large. The choice of food is numerous, but there really isn't a cheap option for just grabbing a quick bite, but other hotels in the area do offer cheaper fare. The pool was relaxing and the staff there were very accommodating. The cable car ride over the water in the front of the resort was fun and a great view of the water show from above. Transportation from the Wynn Palace to the border gate was quick and convenient! Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We visit Macau often and this will more than likely be our new go to resort.

Stunning ”

The Wynn Palace Macau is stunning in every way. The rooms are magnificent. The attention to to detail in the building is only exceeded by the service. The staff make you feel you're their only guest. Steve Wynn is the world's foremost creator of pleasure, entertainment and accommodation 'Experiences'. This is a true six star property. Whilst we can afford to stay anywhere and money is no consideration, this has to be one of the best new hotels in the world. Treat yourself and book the Wynn Palace Macau.

Wynn Palace is the most amazing hotel that I have ever stayed in! Every single staff was so helpful and welcoming, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Other than the top-notch service, the room design was luxurious, comfortable and state-of-the-art. We loved the thoughtful designs within the room, especially the control panels that can control everything in the room. The breakfast was sumptuous with a good spread. The cable car rides, especially at night, was definitely a highlight of our trip. Will definitely recommend Wynn Palace to all my friends and family. It has been 3 days since I left yet I still think of Wynn Palace all the time. Thank you for the great experience Wynn Palace!

One of the Best”

My original plan was to stay at Venetian but after I saw photos of Wynn Palace including the guest room, I've decided immediately that I want to spend the night here. I want to celebrate my birthday here and I was surprised when I was given a room upgrade to the Fountain Queen Suite. The complimentary birthday cake is also yummy and the food is delicious. Even my mom enjoyed the entire experience with Wynn Palace. Although I left my pink bluetooth headphone and memory card inside the room, that still didn't ruin my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this. I also want to take this opportunity to commend Queenie from the VIP Registration and Paul from the Bell Service who assisted us with a smile. They were courteous the entire time.

One of the best hotels in the world at any price”

The Wynn Palace is simple put, my favorite hotel in the world and I’ve been to the best of the best. The Decour, the ambience, The cleanliness, the peace and serenity is far superior to most other five star rated hotels. The staff is exceptional in taking care of customer needs from the general manager to the housekeeping staff. Even the smallest insignificant detail is not overlooked. I have brought friends with me on my several stays and they two were blown away at this incredible property and the staff. The bus sa even the smallest insignificant detail is not overlooked. When Steve Wynn designed the Wynn Palace. He took the best of all his other properties and rolled it into one. Bellagio water show fountains, a gondola ride accessing the property from the street. Beautiful Hotel and very pleasant stay - They treat everyone like a VIP!”

Wynn hotels never disappoint! I've stayed in Wynn properties in Macau and Las Vegas and like it every time. This is the latest addition the Wynn hotel group and I found a great rate on Agoda so decided to give it a try. Upon check-in, the front desk staff offered a bottle of water before even asking for my passport (how nice)!! He then upgrade me to a room facing the lake so I could watch the water dance. The bellboy who walked me up to the room was super friendly and welcoming, and he even went downstairs again to bring me the free cable car tickets after finding that the front desk forgot to give me the tickets. The room is large, comfortable and well-equipped, as they've thought about every details for you, so it was very easy to settle in. I did not have a chance to dine in other restaurant outlets other than Cafe Fontina for breakfast, but was very happy with the selection and quality of food. Check out was smooth and efficient, and the girl who helped me with my bag was also friendly. I enjoy the stay very much and will definitely return next time I am in Macau. Highly recommend it

A palatial and grand hotel befitting its name, Wynn PALACE”

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this grand hotel on 24th and 25th January to coincide with our wedding anniversary as well as her birthday. The hotel was very kind and gracious in upgrading us to a Fountain View King Suite, for which we are very thankful. We appreciate that a lot of effort has gone into making this a top class hotel and your guests' stay very memorable, with controls within easy reach of our fingertips. The towels and sheets were very clean and the bed super comfortable. The cable car rides were a big bonus, bringing us right over the dazzling fountain display, while its halfway station made it very easy to reach City of Dreams and a short distance away from the Venetian and other attractions. We are already looking forward to staying at the Wynn Palace again on our annual trip to Macau. Thanks again to the GM and every staff member for this unforgettable experience

Unforgettable Memory!”

Of about 1,000 hotels on the world I ever been to, wynn Palace is the best for me! For the celebration of my mom's 70th birthday, Mom was overwhelmed by gorgeous and fabulous hotel facilities and Wynn Palace gave her the unforgettable memories for 2 nights we stayed. I was deeply impressed with specially customized service as well as the excellent interiors. In spite of unusable skycab during maintenance period, the duty manager's kind attitude and quick compensation moved me and made me feel the differentiation with other hotels. I must come back again for my holiday. Really appreciate to all the staff of Wynn Palace. Specially thanks to Duty Manager, Emily!

Superb High End Hotel”

I was totally awed by the luxury and grandness of Wynn Palace! I surely got a great deal. Our room was excellent. I used the gym and it was state of the art. The pool was closed which was a bummer since I had planned to do some laps for my swim training. The advertised use of sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are false. One needs to pay HK$575 per use so that was a disappointment. However, I did enjoy our stay in Wynn Palace. It was very relaxing and very comfortable. The cable car ride was free. I ate at Bubbles and Bun and it was very good. The place only has very high end shops and restaurant so not as crowded.

I had very high expectations and they were met. The hotel was gorgeous. The art and flowers were unparalleled in any hotel I've ever been in. The comfort level in the room was excellent. The thing that always sets Wynn hotels apart is the service. It's as if everyone in the place really cares about getting every detail right and is really interested in every guest. The young lady concierge from Harbin (her name escapes me) was memorably helpful with anything and everything. Everyone was really great. The spa was great. Getting around Cotai and over to Macau was very easy and convenient with the free shuttle service. I have nothing bad to say. As I think about it now, i don't recall ever staying in a better hotel. The one disappointment was that there was no late night lounge or dining spot overlooking the performance lake after the Wing Lei restaurant closed.

My baby loves and enjoyed the dancing fountain from the skycab. The staff so friendly and helpful. They care about what’s baby needs, crib, toileteries for the baby and covering all the Sharp things in the room so it’s safe for my baby playing In the room. The complimentary also great, the birthday cake for my daughter and an upgrading room to suite room with fountain view to calebrate my daughter’s birthday.. so wonderfull.. This my second time stays at wynn palace and it’s really great.. Will be back if I go to Macau in the future ❤️

Nice hotel with big room & great breakfast”

This is our first trip to Macau and we stayed in Wynn Palace. It was a wonderful hotel and with convenient walk to other hotels. We were offered an upgrade on this trip from King Room (sea side) to Deluxe Suite (fountain view). The room was spectacular with fountain view and big living room, big bed and big shower area. Just sit on sofa we could overlook the whole fountain every20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices and great food. Just the venue is very big and it takes minutes to walk from lobby check in to your room.

Best room in Macau City”

We have stayed a couple of big Macau hotels. Wynn Palace is by far the best in terms of room size and facilities. The standard room is already very big and spacious. They are giving golden comb and shaver! Like the lighting and sound panel next to the bed and sofa so you can easily control lighting and sound, air con and even TV without remote.

Great stay with excellent service ”

My husband and I had a very enjoyable weekend getaway at the Wynn Palace. The service was exceptional, with all the staff from check-in to the restaurants to the pool were super helpful and nice. They were very considerate in providing amenities like sneakers at the gym and sunscreen by the pool. The room was also very big and decent for the price. The hotel's design was really well done, with fresh flowers and artwork everywhere. The cable car is fun especially if you can time the ride along with one of their scheduled fountain show times, but we had an offer for unlimited rides and I'm not sure we would have paid necessarily for it. The food was hit and miss. 99 Noodles on the gambling floor was surprisingly tasty but the dining options by the pool were not great (the Korean fried chicken that we ordered was not even close to what it was supposed to be, not even breaded). The location is a bit off the Cotai Strip but should improve with the light rail access later.
