I was impressed from the welcome. There were drinks, snacks, and even chocolates with the customer's name on them. The staff explained everything in detail and accompanied us to the room, explaining things well. At 6:00 PM, a housekeeper came to refill water and provide more snacks. They mentioned that drinks, tea, and coffee could be requested at any time, but since I didn't consume them, I didn't ask for more (which is really generous). The room is beautiful, with complete amenities, very thorough. The room is clean, with a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter the hotel, and the bathroom is extremely spacious. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom, very relaxing. The rooftop has a swimming pool and a gym available for use, covering all aspects (there seems to be a sauna too, as I saw a sign but didn't go check it out). The breakfast was abundantly orderable, with no limits and various styles. Additionally, there was a buffet line with fruit juices, milk, yogurt, bakery items, and fresh fruits. Desserts could also be ordered from the kitchen. Personally, I absolutely loved the cherry jam; it was delicious. The carrot juice was surprisingly delightful as well. Upon checking out, there was a souvenir of a small photo frame, allowing us to send a favorite picture to the hotel to be printed and framed. It was a service that continuously surprised the customers, making me think, "Huh, is there more?" I was very impressed and will definitely think of this place first when I visit Chiang Mai next time. Every staff member was smiling and greeted us every time we passed by, including front desk, security, housekeepers, and restaurant staff. Everyone provided excellent service.
