Recommended Hotel”
Hotel is easy to find in a good location, in a quiet area off the busy Sukhumvit road. Staff are very friendly, always smiling, and speak English well. Even the housekeepers are friendly and say hello. Excellent facilities for a hotel of this size, you can do laps in the pool, and the fitness room is very nice. The air con worked well and bed very comfortable. A few things could be improved: the first room I stayed had a poor WiFi signal, it would only work near the door, and would often not connect at all. The chair in the room was not comfortable to sit a long time, and the bathroom soap smelled cheap. Overall, it was a great stay and I would be happy to stay again when in the area.

Stayed here 8 nights in November, 2021. People working here are awesome. Wonderful, seamless service. The pool is nice; half covered and half in the sun. The breakfast buffet is really high quality, with a nice mix of Western and Thai options. Rooms are clean. Nice little kitchenette area, with a full size fridge. A/C. Comfortable beds. The water did get very hot in the shower, which would be my only criticism. Location is great if you plan to use public transportation. 5 minute walk from the nearest BTS terminal, or Lotus (department store with a good food court). 3 minute walk from a 7-Eleven (late night beer or snack). Overall I'd highly recommend it.

Excellent location, staff, and room”
Hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from BTS On Nut, near two shopping malls and many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and I was able to check in early as the room was available. Fitness room and swimming pool are in good condition. The food at the hotel cafe is good, not expensive. The room WiFi had a few problems connecting and the room chair could be more comfortable. One thing I would change is the soap and shampoo, it had a cheap smell. Overall a good hotel and would come back, it was a good experience.

Mr Ming the Manager was very welcoming. Mr Palm at F&B designed my veg breakfast. Both were very thoughtful. Its nice when guests feel welcomed and easily acknowledged by our name. Room was very clean and bedsheets changed on a daily basis. It felt like home at this place. I will not recommend the in-house massage. Hotbath/Onsen was free for guests. F&B staff worked tirelessly. Good job everyone. Thank you for making my stay very pleasant.

Very nice, professional, and attentive staff. A relaxing atmosphere as you check in. The room is so clean, everyday. Big comfy bed, cold AC. Rooftop pool and fitness center, very nice. Breakfast was excellent!! Thai and western food choices, and good coffee! A peaceful location, but just a 5 minute walk to Tesco Lotus, and BTS On Nut. It's a great place to stay, and I will stay here again!

Staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, servers we're super kind to our kids (who can be a handful) 🙂 Room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Pool area was nice, half shade half sun light! Located less than 5 minutes walk from Onnut BTS, convenience stores, restaurants, movie theater, pretty much anything you need is at hand.

We stayed here twice during a recent visit to Thailand. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the location is very close to the BTS which we used quite a bit. During our last stay , the restaurant outdoor area was being renovated but will be much better when completed. The staff worked around any disruptions quite well. Front desk staff spoke very good english and even used their own cell phones to check items for us. The hotel is also very close to a Tesco and a 7/11.

Everything was perfect, I would stay there a whole week. Clean & new hotel, good breakfast. Hotel have 24/7 self laundry (2 washing mashines & dryer). Location was also good, near On nut BTS skytrain station. Lotus Tesco (shoppin mall) 200 meters from Hotel. Hotel staff members take good care of you. They often come to you to ask if you need anything (advises, taxi etc).

This is by far the best hotel you can book if you are in Bangkok. Has really good and polite staff ( always ready to help) Prices are really good for what you are getting. Loads of facilities you can use. Wifi is really good and fast. TV is good aswell. Good location, loads of food stores and stand. BTS is really close and very convenient ( no need for taxi to get to places)

Check-in was easy and staff are helpful. Good location behind Tesco, easy walk to BTS On Nut and Central mall. Near some small night markets offing a lot of Thai food and drinks. Room was good quality, bed was comfortable, hope to come back again.

Fantastic place — just realize the studio rooms are too small for a couple. It's fantastic in all other regards. Great staff, decent food, lovely pool & gym with a delightful On Sen in the bathrooms (unfortunately, they're split apart, so no soaking with your friends of opposite gender!) We'll definitely be back here. The location is perfect, and you can walk anywhere in the On Nut neighborhood.

The location is near to BTS station. 7 eleven and Tesco are just few steps away from the hotel. We able to enjoy local food with low price and good taste. Hope the hotspring and swimming pool can extend the timing to 10pm. Definitely will choose to come back for vacation.

Amazing For the Price”
The hotel is clean, the facilities are great. Perfect for travelers with children. If you're not very particular with the commute then this is the perfect place for you. It's not along the central district so it's quiet. We did not have issues with the commute because the purpose of our trip was to go on tours, we had a service, but I think it would have been a different story if we wanted to roam around the city.
