Quarto muito bom, com varanda, ficamos virados para o estacionamento mas super tranquilo conseguiu se dormir sem qualquer problema de ruido, piscinas maravilhosas muito sossegadas, funcionarios super simpaticos, e comida apesar de nao ter muita variedade era bem confecionada.. gostamos muito e vamos repetir
Buffet com pouca variedade, e por vezes com comida um pouco dura. Boa limpeza. Animação para as crianças e adultos diversificada. Os parabéns ao Sr. Paulo pela forma como cativava os hospedes para os jogos coletivos.

Não merece as 4*. Nem sequer 3*. Merece um downgrade para 2*. Quarto fraco, velho e pouco limpo. Alimentação deixa a desejar. Salvam-se os funcionários, prestáveis e simpáticos. Não vale o que cobra. A não repetir.

“Not a 4 star hotel as they claim..”
Hotel lobby and room look and feels old and run down. AC was not working and room also looked ugly we then asked for another room. Having moved they wanted us to move back when they fixed it later at night.. very unrelaxed.. they claim AI but do not even have water in the rooms available nor will they provide it. Food is soso. Only the waiters are very kind, receptionist is very snobby and not helpfull. Too few chairs at the pool area, no towels provided either. No one even asks how your stay was.. go to a real 4 star for this price 260 euro per night.
